The preparada (they call it MicheNada) was delicious! And if you like them you know how hard it is to find good ones. Perfect ratios. So refreshing! The corn was a bit too watery. Not enough goodness at the bottom of the cup. My bf got the Diablito raspa and it didn’t meet our expectations. I’m new to FW and am happy I found my spot for preparadas though!

The cashier had a terrible service, bitter, poorly faced, I got off badly with her for answering a question badly just to ensure that it was my order out of despot, the manager, very kind, took care of the situation.

The girl who is new there and was there tonight, the truth is that she has an attitude as if she doesn't want to serve anyone as soon as I moved to this area and she is the only one we go to but with the attitude she gave us just for asking her a question. I had the things that don't make me want to go. The truth is, if you don't like your job, you should look for something else.

The corn in the cup is not what it use to be, it has no flavor at all. The snow cones were good. The mangonada is the best thing on the menu. We've tried the corn, mangonada, churros, the duro, the conchinadas, the fresas con crema, fruit in cup, and snowcones. It's ok but this place is never clean and the building itself needs lots of help. There is seating outside but they are falling apart and always dirty. Also staff is not very friendly.

The prices, the flavor, to the wonderful costumer service I received while here at this location looking for a sweet treat to satisfy my sweet tooth. I walked in and received a very welcoming “ hello sir, how may I help you” with that alone I was like ok this has to be great but not only that I was recommended a snow cone called mongonadas with some tajin or Chile, so I ordered one of each and was not disappointed the slightest. I asked what brand of syrup they used for the snow cone and it’s there own recipe like what absolutely 10/10
