Food is good no doubt about that. Today the only complaint I would have is the leak in the women’s bathroom ceiling. The leak itself is not what I’m complaining about but that there is no sign warning you that there is a leak or that the floor is wet. As I walked in there I almost slipped! Also, as you walked inside the establishment, the floor felt slippery and it’s not wet so it must’ve been what they mopped with ?♀️. They need to get these issues fixed before someone gets hurt!

Pupusas were great! Very hot and delicious. Service could’ve been better. Ordered 5 mixtas pupusas and two sides of rice and our server forgot our rice. After the integration of the buffet, this place has brought down the attention to the customer’s experience. It was cold and humid inside, the floors were wet from the humidity and we could actually see our breath in the air.

Terrible service, very unwilling to attend and if you order takeout, be sure to check before leaving. On several occasions, I arrived home and they were missing pupusas and they had charged me for them.It happened to me several times.

I went to eat lunch and ordered a glass of ice for my coke. I looked at it and it was very dirty and I told the waitress that she was upset because she asked for a glass to take away until then it took as if nothing had happened.

The quality of the food was a letdown. Despite the menu’s promising descriptions, the dishes were lackluster and failed to meet basic culinary expectations. The flavors were bland, and the presentation was far from appealing. It felt like a stark contrast to the enticing descriptions on the menu. I can tell food was from previous days. I’ll never come back here in my life.
