I come to this location literally every day (sometimes twice a day) because it's on my way to my job. With that being said, I ordered the same thing (BrSgr Shkn Esp with a pump of Vanilla). They either didn't add brown sugar or they will add cookies sugar, or just cinnamon. Neither is what I order. I'm unsure why this occurs twice or three times per week and they continue to fail to get it right. The women who work in the morning are notorious for their rudeness. This location is not as crowded as the one that takes me much longer to get to. My drink is always made by that without any problems at the further location. I have a better grasp of why this location is not as busy now. If you're dissatisfied with your work, they should leave and find people who care about their customers. Now the gentleman who is there in the afternoon is always so nice and genuine.

Not sure if this was some cruel joke or whatever but I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. I got a plain bagel with like 2 small specs of everything seasoning and about enough cream cheese for a light layer on a ritz cracker. Absolute trash for a $5 bagel… Dunkin seriously needs to be out of business.

I’ve tried this location three different times in hopes of getting what I paid for…they never get my order right through the drive thru best to go inside but I’m unsure how the service would be there. An order for one or two donuts. I can imagine it’s not THAT hard. The first time they gave me a Boston crème but it didn’t have crème in it. Just a chocolate donut. (not a big deal I understand mistakes happen) The second time I just wanted a Boston crème donut and a blueberry cake donut. They gave me the kreme donut with icing filling (understandable mistake, but gross) however they gave me a pumpkin donut instead of blueberry. I feel there is more training needed or they need to hire people who actually want work (hard to find these days) Third time, I wanted a Boston crème and strawberry donut for my kid. The order taker even asked me what I wanted twice this last time around and they still messed up my order and gave me a pumpkin donut instead of a Boston crème. 🤣 I just want a Boston crème!! The pumpkin donut was good though, just not what I wanted. 😔

I've been getting coffee here for 3 years almost. The coffee use to be decent but now it taste like someone who never made coffee a day in their life just dumped random crap in a cup. There is NEVER consistency to the coffee, and the only person who can make it well is training people at other Stores? I haven't even mentioned the water/ice recently taste old or stale. I buy 3 or 4 crap coffees to 1 decent one and when you complain to the manager, it's let me get you another crap coffee. All the coffee joints have entered the mcdonald's criteria of coffee. Just go to mcdonald's, at least they will tell you it's crap and charge you $1 for it. No need to pay 6 bucks for toilet water coffee. UPDATE: 2025 COFFEE IS STILL BOTTOM TIER AT BEST. 2 FOR 2 THIS WEEKEND ON NO SWEETENER AT ALL ADDED.

I paid extra for priority and the food was cold. They forgot some of my order and when I tried to call the phone number was not working. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Bacon not done and cold!!!! This was for a office meeting and now I don't have everything ready.

Lately, the drinks and customer service haven’t been quite what they used to be so I might give it a little break or try one of the other nearby locations. I tried this location after a horrible experience at the Beach location. The 1st time I went in the young lady was nice and I was dressed professionally. The second time I went in the same week, I was not dressed professionally as it was raining and school was out so not as professionally dressed. I was treated like I was subhuman. There was zero customer service, they were rude when I asked for napkins and even pointed towards them. I was nice and said good morning. I received no response. I’m starting to notice Dunkin has some serious business issues as a business owner myself. I have been to 3 different locations in 4 weeks and the issues are the same: subpar food, mediocre drinks, zero customer service or argumentative, rude, impolite and a lack of professionalism.
