Fried chicken was ok. The fried okra was great and the large size was huge. I did not expect a large to be family sized.

I've been a customer since 99' over in North Fort Worth. Always great stuff. Maybe once at the one on Division in Arlington the chicken was too dry, but now I try the one in Arlington off Pioneer and I'm just so happy with their overall service.

Walked in at 9:30 pm on 9/8/24 Sunday all the chairs were up on the tables. We wanted to order and eat there not in a car. We asked if we could eat there and were told NO. The business was open for anther 30 minutes. We left to never return. The counter person was rude and lost a 25 dollar sale plus the many in the future We WERE regulars there not anymore. Zero stars if possible

I just moved into this area recently where I was before I had Lisa’s and it was great chicken fresh got the okra fries and rolls fresh and hot the bean and cheese burrito great the chicken especially the wings were a nice size not regular small size larger that was in Fort Worth so now I’m in Haltom and I ordered them in this area and it got there real fast I ordered a big meal with drink 2 liter didn’t get that didn’t get jalepeno the okra looked and felt old like they had been sitting the chicken you can tell was not fresh like just made the fries tasted stale I called in about it they said to ask for refund on app so I did very disappointing so recently I decided to drive there I wanted to see if I should order from there or not when I got there I thought it was closed no cars there at all when your a good place and cook your food right people can’t wait to go to you I thought that was very odd walking in this big place with no one in there told a lot but they were very busy cooking a lot of chicken I don’t see anyone getting orders ready several teenagers walking around the one taking my order didn’t comprehend what I was saying at all so why is she at the register they didn’t speak or greet after I finally do my order before I’m even done paying they bring me a bag with my food I open while there because that makes non sense okra takes time they said it was fresh it didn’t feel or look fresh and I had then make it over I’m looking around the place looks old and not fresh nothing smells good it doesnt seem like they clean at this point I would rather go to McDonalds then there my friend went to their bathroom while I was ordering he said the bathroom. Was nasty filthy dirty not clean at all so I know if they don’t clean their bathrooms they don’t clean anywhere else including their hands the teenage boy took the fries with his bare hands and put it in the fryer and I called him out on that and asked why he did that and how gross and unsanitary that was he had a container to pour the fries in he grabbed them with his hand then put them in the container the are serving old chicken sitting there for who know how long i think the health department should be called just to make sure they clean up in there i would not be going back to that one no way no how im upset that I live by a nasty one now

I normally love Lisa's but once that food was in the car it smelled like fish!! I think they fried the chicken in the fish oil. ? my daughter said all she could taste was fish.
Yes I went thru the driveway and soon as I put the food in the car it was the nastiest smell ever. Turns out they fried the chicken in the same oil they they fried the liver and gizzard in. So nasty. I called

We got our sides wrong this time we decided to self pick up and place order in person, due to our delivery orders being wrong or missing something all time. I got green beans when the guys repeated to us Mac n cheese which is what we wanted. Then we specifically requested Brown gravy they gave us white. The last few time with our delivery orders they always forgot the soda or got our side in correct I don't understand why it's so hard to read a screen or get the order correct when you repeated it back to us correctly. I hate to do reviews like this but I work at a restaurant and always repeat my orders correct and bring out what I repeated back to customer correctly.
