Came through the drive thru, ordered a #5 bacon mcgriddle meal. Upon driving away I noticed they have me a sausage mcgriddle instead. Went back in and they kindly and very quickly corrected the order. When going to eat the mcgriddle, the bacon was definitely undercooked, almost raw. Has to be one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

No Egg.Went thru the drive-thru here and gave my code for an item.They said they couldn't use the "deal code" because that item isn't on the menu.I explained I've been doing it for years.She argued back at me. I said fine. I'll just have to hold up the line while I look for another deal... since you've wasted my other code.The app is so clunky, and I'm not used to HAVING TO FIND SOMETHING ELSE... she said to pull forward, and "her manager will tell me the same thing"I decided to pull thru and just go to another McDonald's.... where I had NO PROBLEM getting the service I needed.Whoever is the franchisee of this location, needs to have a serious talk with their people, and tell them how to "think outside the box" to make their customers happy.Sure- you could say "I don't care, it's McDonald's, and I make really good money off the business. Why should I care about a tiny sausage muffin..."To that I say....If that's your thought process and response to ANY customer.... then you have more issues than a store that makes you money...You're just a first-class slimeball.

I order from here frequently since I live nearby and they’re usually great. I love mcdonald’s and my husband loves taco bell so it’s perfect. But this time, I was completely dissatisfiedOur power went out in the middle of us making dinner from the storm so we figured we’d just go get food. I order on the app a 6 piece happy meal. Perfect portion sizes. When we pull up, the man at the second window asks us for payment and says the wrong amount. I say that it should already be paid for and he just hands me a receipt. Then I get my drink and it’s not filled all the way. THEN I get my box and it’s lighter than usual. They gave me a small fry instead of two extra smalls (a small is smaller than two extra smalls) and the most upsetting part…..only 4 nuggets. I double checked my online order and the receipt he handed me. I ordered a 6 pieceI get being tired at work or not caring I guess. But I literally did not get what I paid for. And it’s too much of a hassle to get $1 of food I didn’t get refunded back to me, so I’m making this review. I know you guys probably read the reviews and laugh at stupid customers. I did the same at my customer service jobs. But at the bare minimum, give people what they pay for. Old nuggets? Sure, idc! But make sure there are 6 of them

Today was nice. Not a lot of people and wait time was very short. The young lady at the counter was exceptionally nice to my elderly mother and us. I felt really proud of her as she handled her job so well.

It says they're open 24 hours. We showed up at 3:00 in the morning. We ordered it online to pick up. While in the drive-thru they proceeded to tell us they were closed. When asked what we were going to do about being paid back. They finally gave us our food. What the heck?!

The playplace is nice. Staff is friendly and greets you when they see you enter. The food isn't bad and is overall a pretty good place to take your kids to play for a little while after they eat.Kid-friendliness: It has a pretty good playplace.
Ordered my food online today. The meat on the burger was horrible! The meat was not a patty, it was broken up in pieces. I tried calling the store and the number doesn’t work. ** Make sure you check your order before leaving the store ** Someone from Corporate needs to get this store in order.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. In fact it's the worst restaurant. Every time I go inside you have to get somebody's attention to come and manage the front register. Since the day they installed the new order boards they think they do not have to help anyone at the front register. I was in the Drive-Thru and ordered a box of chocolate chip cookies. After waiting 17 minutes and I've already been in line for 8 minutes so almost 25 minutes and I had to walk inside and there's my bag of cookies sitting under the lamp and nobody knows. Almost all the employees there never wear uniforms.

Don't try to order after 3am they won't even answer the drive thru half the time, or they will tell you they can't take orders because the system is updating. So 3am til about 530am don't even bother going.

I called them 4 times back to back because my food tasted like alcohol and u can also smell the alcohol in it especially when I took a bite of the pickle it tasted straight like alcohol and this isn't the first time they mess up on my order I wouldn't recommend coming here
