I ordered the bigger plate with the firecracker steak and shrimp and I got 2 shrimp and 2 pieces of steak, mostly veggies and peppers. The kung Pao chicken was just a lot of peppers. You come wanting meat for the price but get disappointed and an attitude if you ask for more meat. I think that this is my last time patronizing this franchise.

Today I went into this location on my break ! And I’m ordering my food and some guy is yelling at his employees , and as I’m eating my food he continues on yelling at them . And I was able to get his name “ Jerry” I believe he’s the manger there . And if you’re in management that is no way of treating your employee but also doing it in front of store full of customers , I can’t imagine what those employees are going thru .! Someone need to do something about this JERRY GUY !! And remove him from that location !

I went yesterday to get a meal with a drink, I asked for a drink with no ice, Because i was sick and I dont like my drinks cold, but there was a guy in charge that told my server to put Ice on every drink, when I got my dribk it had ice and I complained to the guy in charge, he then went to the back to take the ice out then he have it back to me with the cup almost empty, so I asked for my money back, instead of giving me a good service and give me my order right, he just decided to do what he wanted. They dont care about costumer service

It is best to download their app and order from there. You will get monthly discounts or promo along with points for your purchases that you can exchange with items on the menu. I normally order the orange chicken and mushroom chicken or Beijing beef. The orange chicken is amazing if it was freshly cooked. The chicken still crispy and bathed on the sauce. I used to order half fried rice and half chow mein, but the last couple order I had, the rice wasn't cooked properly yet to my liking, still has the hard part in the middle, so I now only order the chow mein. I missed the sweetfire chicken breast but they don't have it in this location.
They didn't get a truck delivery so we ordered what was available on the mobile app but still they had to make from scratch much of our order so was 20 minutes late.

The staff seems to always be in a bad mood the guy in the black jacket was just walking in circles while there is a line inside being ignored the one person serving was just slamming the containers with food and every employ had an attitude and one was even glaring at customers they ignored people inside for 5 minutes before saying sorry for the wait but made everyone wait 5 more minutes before serving anyone would recommend go to a different panda if you really want panda express this location has gone way down hill
