Not thrilled to say the least, the staff was polite but the service was lacking.
Placed a mobile order, went through the drive through to pick it up and they asked for 20 minutes to make our order. They had filled orders before and after us but the fact that It was a mobile order must mean it takes an extra 20 minutes to put chicken in a box 😂.

What a disaster this place is!! They use AI in the drive thru and it is TERRIBLE!!!! The service inside is pathetic as well. They do not care about the customer experience. AVOID any location that uses AI in the drive thru!

Didn't get the sauce that came with what I ordered. If I order Teriyaki Grilled Chicken I expect to have teriyaki sauce in my bag when I get home. Manager is rude when I called.

Also the great food industry has gone down the drain all together I had to order my food through a robotic prompt. Very dissatisfied.

I ordered walnut shrimp. I ask the worker how long the shrimp was there they said 15 minutes. Well that was a lie. The shrimp was so mushy!!!

Went inside for dinner with my husband. We experienced a long wait in line. They only had 1 person at the time working dine-in orders. They were out of both chow mein and fried rice. The guy who waited on us was very friendly and polite! But the cashier was not very friendly. She didn't ask if we were rewards members nor did I get a receipt to add to my account. It was a bit chaotic so I forgot to ask. They were out of teas...our favorite!!!! Also the chow mein was too hard.
Lately when we go here it seems they place more emphasis on drive-thru and app orders. Which makes a not so good dine-in experience.

Orange ckn was over done, dry & not as tasty as usual. Rice cold, cream cheese rangoon cold, over cooked & lacked cream cheese in several, I ordered 6 & got 3. Very disappointed on this trip.

Service was ok I ordered online and picked up in store. Noodles were undercooked and dry, orange chicken was cold in middle, chow main was bland. The soda was flat. We don't eat out often, it's a treat for our family and it's disappointing when the food is so bad.

Literally nobody answers the phone😒ive called 5 times because every time I order for delivery, they ALWAYS forget teriyaki sauce even though I put in on the order. There was also a time i put other sauces as well as teriyaki just to get their attention that I want teriyaki sauce and I get all the other sauces but the teriyaki sauce😒disappointing. Do better.
