Walked in to an empty dining room and waited almost 5 minutes to be helped. The drive through staff called for help from the back but no one came up until a new drawer toting cashier came (must have been a shift change). ordered but had to wait on half of my order Half my food was amazing. The other half when it came was semi raw. They fixed it though. I love this place. It was just an off day for them.

The food is great when they have everything, and you're not waiting for something to get ready because their call outs are off. Apparently though, they can't open their doors on time. Almost 20 minutes late opening on the weekends is not a good look for any company. Many people waiting in their cars for the doors to open. Not cool Panda. Not cool!

No sauce on the noodles, which are spaghetti noodles and not lo mein. The food tastes like it has been sitting around cooked for a long period of time and then reheated. This location used to be good but has now gone way downhill. Total garbage.

i don't think i've had a good experience here and i've given them so many chances. Today i wait 30 minutes in line and then get told i have to wait 10 more for chicken. Last time they Burnt my orange chicken. other times they've forgot my food or had absurd wait times. High recommend the one or north freeway who actually has it together. I rarely wait at that one and my food is always good. This panda needs new management.

Every time I visit this restaurant, I’m told there is a wait on what I’ve ordered, the visit before today, I went inside & only 3 entrees were ready. Is Panda now cooked to order?? To sit in the drive-thru line for 15-20 mins & get told at the window there’s an additional wait time is ridiculous.

For well paid fast food workers, they are stupid. Never got what I wanted and asked 3 times for a sauce I never got. Had to go back inside for it and got the stink eye. Nice customer service. Had to constantly repeat my order and it still wasn't right. Smh.
