Place looked filthy. Will be calling health department in the morning. The lady with purple ugly weave needs to get fired. She walked in threw her stuff on the counter, didn’t even put her hair up or washed hands. Just walked straight to the kitchen, kept pulling at her weave. Asked her about an order, couldn’t even concentrate cause she was picking at her head. Than said oh it will be a while. After I had already been waiting for over 15 minutes. They should be prioritizing customers. The other lady just kept looking at her phone and seemed overwhelmed by the orders she was getting. But didn’t seem to start working on them. Seems like the manger should be present to prevent this issues. Hopefully is not one of them

The only Papa John's I still order from. Pizza has always been great, employees are friendly, and service is fast. One of the few good late night options in the area.

Rude employees. Ordered a NY style last week and one of the pizzas were made incorrectly. Called and was told they would remake it. We decided to call in to have the order remade tonight and the employee was extremely rude and lied saying that we didn't say it was a remake or that the pizza was a ny style I never said the size it was that we wanted. I said cheese pizza and she stated I said large. I informed her I did not and she insinuated I was lying. Never purchasing from here again. Much better options in the area. Papa johns will likely go under soon.

They now charge $0.10 for each packet of red peppers and parmesan cheese... let alone the garlic butter.... geez!!

I got cheese, pizza and garlic knots and when I got my order, the garlic knots were burned. The pizza was not cut properly. It was a complete mess. There was grease all over the boxes. They did a horrible job. I will not be going back to this location or ordering from this location ever again this was a horrible experience. This is Papa John’s a bad name.

I personally haven't ordered from Papa John's in over 10 years had a really bad experience in another state, so I just never ordered from them until today.I was surprised on the pizza.. for delivery pizza it was really good.. I will be ordering again thanks for making me a customer again. I didn't mark anything for the Atmosphere since I had it delivered.
