I have bought from this Pizza Hut for years and tonight was the last. I had an issue that could have easily been resolved. But when I asked to speak to the so called manager John L he hung up on me multiple times. Yup that is very unprofessional and childish. I drove back to the store to talk to him and was told that he had just left. The store Is literally 3 min from my house so he must have disappeared quick! I Like pizza hut but WILL NEVER EAT AT THE ONE ON 3143 DENTON HWY, HALTOM CITY - still going through pandemic, employee was NOT wearing a mask, and was caught coughing on customers food SERIOUSLY --- If that is how this location cares about their customers, they should be shut down
