Went to make a order to go since I worked next door and the young lady open the drawer as soon as paid for my order in cash. This other man came out and yelled at her and me saying I gave her too much cash. So I canceled the order and never will order at this location. Plus I work next to this pathetic customer service.

After getting a text from Door Dasher Ray saying he handed my order to me, I was a bit thrown off because no one had rang my door bell. I stepped outside to find my Pizza Hut order sitting on my front steps, for I don't know how long, looking as if a Mack truck had run over it. I called Dasher Ray and asked him why he left my order on the steps, and then he pretended not to speak English?♀️ My husband and I packed up the ruined pizza and promptly went to the Pizza Hut we placed the delivery order with. Kris, the manager, was a great help and remade our order! 5⭐️ for Pizza Hut and -10⭐️ for Door Dash!!!!!

Ordered at 10:15am for a 12:15pm delivery, same day… 3pm rolls around, and still no pizza despite calling the store at 1:40pm about it. When I called to cancel afterwards, they treated me like the problem. Tracker didn’t update, the person on phones was unhelpful and rude unfortunately.

Overall, it was good food. The atmosphere was average, because I was at home. It was delivered quickly, with a very polite young lady from doordash. Her name is Smerz.
Dietary restrictions: I only get ham for the meat topping, because it has less fat than the others. I get two other toppings, which are either pineapple, onions, green peppers or mushrooms. I'm a diabetic with a heart problem and I'm on dialysis.

I originally ordered a pizza online but it wouldn't process and I had to call. The online total including tip was only $18.74... When I called the location to order over the phone the lady said my total was $28.26 w/o a tip!!!! I asked her why in the heck the same pizza from the same place has a $15 difference when ordered directly from the store vs online. I got a ridiculous reply "That's the way all companies do it." Are you for real? That absolutely is not the way all companies do it! I feel like I was trying to be scammed out of extra money. Absolutely did not order.
