Mrs.7 the lady at the cashier she may seem rude to other or mean but it’s just how sometime the Vietnamese accent is and it not a bad thing and she is actually very nice and whenever my mom order from her she really enjoy the service.

2025 and guess what their sandwiches are still $5.00!! Pair this with their coconut juice it’s chef’s kiss 😘. I loved how their bread is warm and has a crusty buttery glaze and all the stuff inside super fresh and crunchy. There is a cultural thing happening here where ppl complain about the order lady and honestly I feel it’s just a cultural thing. She’s not intentionally rude. She’s actually nice. We’re all different.

The customer service here is always amazing! The lady in the front (Co 7) and the lady in the back (Co Tuyet) are so sweet and welcoming every time I come in. They always greet me with a smile and make me feel like family. The food comes out really fast, and it’s always fresh, hot, and delicious. Every visit has been consistent, and I always leave happy and satisfied. This place is definitely one of my favorites!

The older cashier lady with the red hair is so rude. First time I was in there she paid no mind to me. I asked her questions about the menu. She said she didn’t know. I felt rushed then another experience because I thought she might’ve had a bad day she threw my food at me, chunked it on the counter I don’t appreciate that. I’m a single mother. I work hard for my money. You would think you would go into an establishment on your lunch and get treated right because you treat people right.
The 2 lady’s behind the counter are extremely rude. I asked if they had chili oil sauce for the 4 sandwiches I ordered and shoo’d me away. It was my first time there and I’ll never go back. I’ve been reading the reviews since I left and multiple people say they’re rude. I wish I wouldn’t have spent my money there.

The lady behind the counter keeps getting orders wrong and is not able to understand my order. I have to repeat it multiple times and doesn't remember what we ask for, for ex. extra pate and the veggies in the sandwich, and I got no extra pate and veggies on the outside. I am usually a patient person but this has happened multiple times unfortunately :/ I think the lady just doesn't understand and is just trying to rush through customers but gets their order wrong anyways
