I pulled up to the driveway and the guy wearing the headset was leaving the dumpster area with his gloves on, and touching trash things with his gloves on. I didn’t stay to find out if he changed those gloves, usually they don’t get changed.

This is the third time I have waited over ten minutes in drive thru. Today is currently 18 minutes. I only come here because I take lunch to my dad and he requests it. But I'm going to have to go to a different location.

I'm putting this one star up to GET THE OWNERS ATTENTION. SIr, I am so tired of this stores rewards system being DOWN everytime I visit. Tonight was a new one. Julio told me we just can't even take your paper coupon because "our system is down". Really, the staff can't figure out the price and add. .0825 for tax? I even offered to show them how. I drive 3 miles out of my way to come here but I'm super glad Chipolote is now across the street. FIGURE IT OUT GUYS! I left without any dinner tonight I was looking forward to because your people CAN'T FIGURE IT OUT!

CHANGE YOUR LISTED NUMBER!!! I placed a Door Dash order and the driver is saying my order was "picked up by someone else" and I cannot even call your store to figure this out because the "number has been changed".
Now I'm out the cost of my order and have no food.

I tried to order a kid’s meal and they were out of any kid’s sides. I asked if she could have a bag of chips or if the price could be reduced since I’m not receiving the full order I’m paying for and was told no. This is after my last visit where I was told I could only get a cheese pizza if I order a kid’s meal. Y’all either got untrained employees or a manager trying to skim off the top.

This is my go to every Wednesday for the bogo. But I can honestly say that since Christian has been at the window I am all smiles and a very happy customer when I leave. He is super kind and very attentive I just had to come on here and speak highly of him and his customer service skills. To his gm He deserves a raise ☺️?? Thank you Christian.
This particular Schlotzsky's I do not recommend. It was my first time here. Place very unkempt. Dirty ceiling fans, cabinet door by drinks hanging askew, lemonade machine not working. Food was acceptable but given what I've mentioned, when leaving I noticed the glass door looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long, long time. If a place is that noticeably dirty, makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen. Won't be returning to that location.

Had a chicken avocado Cobb salad from them this afternoon and wanted to say it was great. The salad was fresh and tasied so good I will be back.

I was really looking forward to my regular original today. I don't indulge very often anymore. Even skipped Taco Tuesday! I was sorely disappointed. Stale bread. The bread is their signature! Won't be back.
