Couldn't even tell you how the food is. I can tell you, it was over 90° outside and, I was told I needed to pay for a refill of, get this.....Water! Had my sonic and everything ready to go. Very disheartening!

Don't waste your time or money because if you would give specific information for order due to child allergies and take the time to order online, you may get back home to check the order with issues. And then have a guy from the back office, aka probably a cook, come outside and literally disrespect you to a degree that you would never expect. I guess you pay what you get for after their mistakes from my order.

They treat all drivers like thieves because of “food cost”. Not sure how badly they are doing, but to be openly disrespectful and even hostile to people who are trying to deliver THEIR food to paying customers…
Maybe this location needs new management or it just needs to shut down. This level of contempt for people trying to make them look good is insane

I drove up for a quick snack with my kiddos and nobody answered when I pressed the button to order. I waited for a while with no response. I then said excuse me to one of the waiters and he looked at me and walked away. I left shortly after and was very disappointed in the service here
Idk what I'd do without this Sonic right down the road from me! I swear it's a lifesaver to my taste buds and my wallet! I really hope it doesn't get shut down like Schlotzky's did...

Never did I have to wait long on my food every time I went my order was out less than 5 minutes they have good service and are always kind when you order Amy and her crew and my food is always hot thank you

This place has slipped a bit. Then again the area South of Beach has slipped a bit since our mayor drops of homeless in this area to get them out of downtown. There was trash around the curbs but this is to be expected in this area now. I was told that there was "no cook" so there would be a 10 minute wait.... At least they were honest. The takeaway was that I received a meal where the burger was dry, really unappealing and not very delicious. Tots were good but the fryer cooked that. Just so-so. The girl who delivered the meal was nice and had a smile on her face which was a nice touch. Haven't been here in a while and it will probably be a while before I'm back.

Pulled up to three separate menus, and either the screen or button would not work. So instead of trying a fourth one, I took that as a sign that I should just go somewhere else.
