Me and my boyfriend came about 30 minutes before closing and he ordered a medium gingerbread latte hot and I ordered a large cold Matcha latte with brown sugar syrup added. His drink tasted like nothing at all, and my drink was nothing but ice and foam, and they also forgot to add the syrup. On top of that, our drinks were done being made and sat on the counter for an additional 3 to 5 ish minutes because the three people working that night just stood around talking with each other in a circle.

How hard is it to put somethg on the drink to keep it from spilling everywhere before it gets delivered? This happens once a week to me. I call and talked to a manager and asked if they could fix it. sure they tell me. They'll try and can't guarantee. You are the manager. Train your team. Making and packing food isn't rocket science. Shame on you. You'll try? No. Do it.
