Placed an order here today for pickup and whoever is working right now is on it. Saw the manager sitting down on his phone and the girl who made and brought my order to the window was quick and everything was made on point. I ordered a Nacho bell Grande with no beef and add chicken. Got home and I got a Nacho Bell Grande with beef. I Returned and the manager helped me with this problem. I told him what I ordered and he corrected it by making a fresh chicken Nacho Bell Grande for me. He handled the problem as a professional manager. He also offered me a drink and gave me two free taco coupons. Sure it was a little inconvenient to drive back there to get the correct order, and this was a prim example that people do make mistakes and can be corrected without anger and sarcasm.

The crew in the evening doesn’t care about customer service. My food is typically thrown in a tiny bag and falling out of the paper wraps, food isn’t hot most of the time, if you customize items they will charge you for it but typically not add the extras that you’ve paid for and they rush through the drive thru and forget to add items and tell you that you didn’t order it when you clearly did. I’ve been coming here since 2006 and it just gets worse everytime.

Went there tonight and one of the females that were there were very disrespectful and when I asked a question I was told that it was stupid that they didn't have olives there ..6:24 pm ...night shift thanks y'all 😉

What in gods name is going on with the drive thru? Some sort of A.I. chat bot was taking the order. Didn't like it. What's next? A vending machine to get your order? I may as well get frozen food at the grocrery store and just nuke it when I get home. Same quality and half the price.

Garbage on a plate! DON’T EAT HERE! Steak? This is terrible mystery meat, and the side of pico di gallo was ROTTEN but when I told them, they were nasty! WAY too expensive - everything is extra! TINY amount of mystery meat and they added $1.10

They use an automated system at night to take your order and it is not patient. You can say one moment and it will not compute. It will ask you 6x in one minute if there is anything else. Last 2 times I have gone, everything is piled in the big bag. So food is smushed. The people at the wondow don't speak to you at unless its to tell you the amount due. They don't even want to tell you if there is another bag or if that's all. I've gone 2x where I've left with things missing.
