I ordered a Nacho bell Grande with no beef and add chicken. Got home and I got a Nacho Bell Grande with beef. I Returned and the manager helped me with this problem. I told him what I ordered and he corrected it by making a fresh chicken Nacho Bell Grande for me. He handled the problem as a professional manager. He also offered me a drink and gave me two free taco coupons. Sure it was a little inconvenient to drive back there to get the correct order, and this was a prim example...
