So bummed out that they got rid of the pull apart burritos, but I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and kind Bella was working with me while making my order. She has great customer service.

The older gentleman working the drive-through was probably one of the rudest fast food industry workers I have ever met. When ordering he would cut you off and not let you speak, he would yell at you to repeat yourself, he would not pay attention half the time. When getting up to the window, he would snatch your Debit card, and then give it back to you rudely. He would almost throw the food in your car and not once did he ever say thank you.

Completely got my order wrong. Unfortunately I didn't have time to look in the bag before I drove off. The order was correct on the screen but when I went to eat my food it wasn't even close to what I ordered, I literally ordered 2 items with a drink (they did get the drink correct). I'm so disappointed.

I went to the window and the person who served me was not friendly and was too desperate for me to finish my order and I needed time because there were 3 different orders that I had to make and her desperate and unfriendly tone made me feel uncomfortable.

This is a review for all of taco bell. I used to love taco bell for how cheap it is but these prices are disgusting. Nobody has gone up in price quite like taco bell has. The picture noted is of a beefy 5 layer burrito that used to cost 89 cents but now costs 4.19. Next to it is their new thing, chessy burrito dippers. A 2 pack for 4.99. Taco bell, you've become a freaking joke. The lady in the drive thru was argumentative, and barely spoke any English.
Went here around 2 AM, and the drive-thru experience was great! The service was quick, and the taco was fresh

Fiance ordered food from here and I went to go pick up and ended up throwing up 🤮 including my fiance! Told customer service and demanded for a refund for the bad food given to us. My fiance had the balls to give it another chance and the OLD Guy I'm assuming was the manager gave me a dirty ass stare down when I went to go pick up the food! VERY DISRESPECTFUL!

About 8 PM I went through the drive-through the young lady who took my order. Customer service skills was not the greatest however, I went back inside to Have my order redone the manager Trey was happy to help replace my order exactly the way I ordered it. Thank you Trey for your amazing customer service skills. You could tell this young man is about keeping his customers happy. I look forward to my next visit

Ended up not giving me what I order, hell one of the burritos I ordered was instead a small bowl of potatoes with sour cream and cheese. The staff is friendly but with how much this stuff costs you would hope you were getting what you ordered.
