I come multiple times per week and enjoy the food. But the one time I want my $3.50 back for the sloppy, soggy, unevenly heated sorry excuse for a burrito they gave me apparently it's the end of the world. I've worked in many restaurants and will never understand why the employees can't use common sense to determine when to give a refund. I showed pictures of the gross food and they didn't apologize or anything. They just made me feel like a thief for asking for my $3.50 back as if they are protecting a billion dollar company's $3.50. So for that $3.50 you lost a lifetime customer. Sad part is the double digit IQ employees wont give a darn and management probably won't even say anything about it. This is why the public has to write reviews to warn the rest because obviously management is too incompetent to train their employees on simple business principles. Look at the photo and tell me what part of that shows an ounce of quality or what I would expect based on menu photos or description. It should be common sense to look at this and say "wow, that does look gross, why would you pay for that? Here's your $3.50 please come back and we will do better." Unfortunately that's not how it works when employees are more worried about being petty and not refunding for their trash excuse for a product, and management won't give them repercussions for doing so. Enjoy working at Taco Bueno because with that mindset you'll be in that drive thru forever. Mean? IDC the truth hurts. Do better.

I was very unhappy I had large drinks and they were 2” from the top from being full. My platers were all mixed up and looked like they weren’t dropped? I tried to call them and get it fixed and they wouldn’t answer the phone and it would just hang up on me!!! Very frustrating and disappointing!!!

In my opinion Taco Bueno is the best "fast" chain Tex-mex around. This location was busy but not overwhelming. The food was ready as fast as I could fill up my drink and piping hot! The store was clean and all the tables were wiped down. Very nice!

Hi I'm a semi-regular at this Taco Bell, I always get two bean burritos with extra onions which is usually the best. Today they had not wrapped the burritos it seems at all, both sides were completely open and leaking on both burritos and on top of that they had someone with a leg brace working and WITHOUT A CHAIR!!! Whoever owns this location doesn't know what they're doing and need to be replaced, I work at Taco Bell and would never allow shitty food to go out or shitty treatment towards my employees.

Hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had at Taco bueno and I’ve been going for about 30 years. My order was wrong and burnt. I tasted like they dunked my muchaco in the toilet or dirty dish water. I am appalled. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

i’ve been coming to this bueno nearly every week for about five years. i’ve seen a handful of different employees working and they have all always been nice and quick and helpful.i rarely have to wait longer than a minute for my food and it’s great fast food.party bean burritos for life ?

Avoid if at possible. The dude running the drive thru got mad a me when he had to take my order. I get it bro you work at Taco Bueno and your life sucks but it ain’t my fault. Then, after reading the order back to me put the food in the bag so poorly that it was basically inedible and ALSO they got it almost all wrong. Take pride in what you do or gtfo.

Employee at drive in was very nice, got my order right. I ordered muchacho platter. Everything was delicious except for the chips. The chips tasted like old rancid frying oil and very bitter after taste. I suggest you change your frying oil or check expiration date.
