They serve you as if you were asking for a gift, not the slightest idea of what customer service is. I wish they could train the people who work here so that the quality of their product is equivalent to the quality of service to those who go and spend their money. Yes, you feed us, but with the money you pay for that food you also swallow.

The place is inside a gas station, however the pastor tacos were much better than expected and the prize was adorable. Would recommend if you’re on a late night run.

The service is bad on the phone and when you pick up the order. We've ordered from there several times and I thought the person was having a bad day but it happens often... today's rice was old and salty, the quesadillas were super greasy and some dishes didn't even have avocado... Terrible service and between The more time passes the worse the food. I wouldn't recommend it

Food was delicious, the lengua was salty though, there’s so much onion with specs of cilantro, order wasn’t all the way right, they charged me a dollar for 2 extra small wedges of limes, they only gave you one salsa for 4 tacos & then charge extra for more. Lastly, their customer service isn’t nice.
Paid $15 total and I was actually trying to go to Taqueria Haltom bc they always get it right & the prices/charges are better.

Great service
Tried to get tamales and wouldn't sell them to me by the dozen. ?
Zero stars. I'm a DFW taco connoisseur who started taco review videos a while back, covering over 150 taquerias across the metroplex, but stopped last year. This place made me want to continue them.
I walked in 25 minutes before close. The lady working was counting her register already. I said hello, and she just stared at me with a pissed off look on her face, completely rude. I asked reluctantly about getting tacos to go, She pretended she didn't even know the word TACOS. Mkay. She clearly didn't want me there. So I left after a couple of attempts.
First and probably only taqueria in DFW to get zero stars because they refuse to sell food while they're open. Won't ever be back. And I will pick up my videos and officially do a review with no food. Good job guys. ?

This “El Arquito” location is located within a Shell Gas Station. Off the top, there’s practically no sitting room. There were maybe 4 stools in front of the restaurant store front where, if you catch it at a slow time, you might be able to sit, but we are in our car.
They offer a 10 tacos de trompo (al pastor ) for $20. We got that and asked for salsas and in the gas station portion of the building. The tacos al pastor were great. Be advised, maybe it’s just my palate but I enjoy a good little crispiness on the al pastor. Whereas I’ve soon others say it was burnt, that wasn’t my experience at all.
I struggled to find good non Tex-Mex tacos in Fort Worth, this was the first little taste of more traditional tacos in the city. The lady preparing the tacos did NOT skimp out on the meat, each taco was either full or overflowing with meat. My only gripe is that she gave us sliced radishes and cucumber which covered the diced onions and cilantro, but the grilled onions and lime were really good.
The salsa was a little spicy, but enjoyable, not too hot at all, I would’ve liked it a little spicier but this was good. The ambiance I can’t speak too much about because, it was a gas station.

I called to order an order of 10 tacos, and I asked for an order of chiles toreados and they told me that it was too late to prepare the chiles toreados and there was an hour left before they closed...what bad service I wasn't going to order them for free.
