Since when do you charge for a glass of water? More than a company policy, I felt it was bad behavior on the part of the cashier to deny a customer a glass of water. The worst WingStop service!

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible service. I checked my bag/order before I left and I'm glad I did. I ordered a 8 piece lemon pepper and received something else. I would have been more upset had I driven home and found out. But I say there for 15 more minutes and when I got my order I checked it again before leaving and was shorted 2 wings. And when I asked for my drink cup she rang it up and tried to charge me for it. Knowing I had been standing there 25 mins while the had to fix my order twice. Overall not at all a pleasant visit. Absolutely will stear clear of this wing stop. Do not recommend this location at all.

Today @ 1121 I picked up a To-Go order that my co-worker placed through the Wingstop App. When I arrived I was not greeted and it took the young lady with glasses a hot minute to look up from her clipboard and put down her pink pen to acknowledge the fact that I was at the counter. I stated I was there to pick up an order for 'not a common name' (my birth year starts with a 1 and I have only met two people with this name) she asked if I had a receipt and I stated this was ordered through the app and my co-worker was now in a meeting. So after about a 3minute back and forth she finally stated that the phone number would work but next time the receipt was require, I stated that we would not be returning to this location. She then yelled 'insurt goodbye statement from employment script' but with much much more attitude and snark. Once I returned to the office and opened the bag I was not allowed to touch and than became so frustrated I didn't check the order, the order was wrong (fries not well done and incorrect sauce on the boneless wings) I was having a really good day, however that has since ended... Also the App states that when you arrive simply head to the register to pick up your order (I have yet to find reciept required)

Just ordered a 10 piece meal carry out, there was 2 Hairs in my wings. I have been craving these lemon pepper wings and to get them and this happens. made me loose my appetite.

My wife ordered from this location online, and there was some confusion with the order. After submitting it, we noticed that the 10 lemon pepper wings were accidentally selected as boneless instead of classic. I called the store right away to fix the mistake but was left on hold for over 10 minutes.

When I finally got through, the poor excuse of a shift leader, Andy, refused to correct the order. He told me he wouldn’t honor the change because it would “waste” 10 wings and instead suggested I pay for another 10 wings just to get what we originally wanted. Basically, rather than fixing a simple issue, he expected me to spend more money to avoid a minor loss for the store.

Andy was rude, unapologetic, and made no effort to provide good customer service. I left the experience frustrated and disappointed. This is not how customers should be treated.

No wonder yall have a 3.1 review rating.
