Terrible customer service, I don't recommend it, at least not in the afternoon shift, they leave you waiting 40 minutes and after the fact they don't give you notice of your order, really terrible.

Service was horrible girl at the front taking orders was so ghetto she asked me " can I get YO name" and after placing my order she tossed my receipt and change in my hand and walked off...... Secondly my food was wrong and I spent $18 on it being that I got the food midday I decided to call first thing next morning to explain that my order was wrong git treated so badly and said I would get a call from the manager the manager never called but that's to be expected! On top of that after eating a couple of bites my stomach immediately started hurting.... DO NOT EAT HERE! UNPROFESSIONAL, NASTY FOOD ALL AROUND TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Had a quick bite to eat at this Wingstop. Both Leslie and Adrian were attentive and provided superb customer service to me. Give these kids a raise!!! Most kids there age are indifferent at best. You guys get 5 Stars!!

The cashier in the front with glasses lady was rude i asked her to throw out a drink for me she looked at me stupid and threw it in the tray with the drinks didnt know if we were able to do that seemed bothered about it too
Need better customer service, cashier seemed to get bothered when customers would come in. Had a pick up order, and had 2 drinks. Only gave me one cup, did let her know and rolled her eyes at me with an attitude.

Such a horrible place to order from at night. Horrible customer service! 8-22-24. They don't even want to help customer. Me being a gm of a fast food restaurant. I'd be fired if I was that manager on duty. Manager on duty needs to be fired. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Horrible what their customer service is never order from this place. Owners need to close this place! Owners should be ashamed of them selves!!! Horrible training!!!! Do better Owners!!!

Soon as I got here I approached the desk cause it was an online order they said order wasn't ready yet, okay normal was there for another 20 minutes and I seen bags being put on the shelf 5-10 mins after they didn't ask anybody who was there waiting already if it was there's or not people just had gotten tired of waiting and including myself and walked up to ask how much longer long story short my order was on the shelf and I was waiting for a whole 15 mins longer than I should have while the workers who are teens were just talking about not worrying about the people waiting just horrible food is all cold.
