Ordered on the app tonight April 4. 8 wings and fries. In the app I clicked well done on the wings and fries. Picked up my order, made it home 5 mins later. Took the food out and nothing was well done or extra crispy. The fries were limp and mushy and the wings looked as if they were barely cooked. I had to throw them in the air fryer. What’s the point of having an option of well done if it doesn’t happen when an order is placed? Why should I have to reheat the food the way it’s posed to be made how I order? I will say the cashier girl was nice though when I picked up the order. 1st pic were the wings barely cooked the 2nd & 3rd pic were after I had to reheat everything in the airfryer so it would be “well done” like I asked for in the app.

Terrible service, I ordered takeout and while I was waiting for people who arrived after me, they left first, I waited more than half an hour, I had to complain for them to give me my order and when I saw it, it wasn't the flavors I ordered or the quantities, apart from the fact that the potatoes were good. cold if I could give 0 stars I would really do it, what bad service

Horrible service. There was a girl at the cashier in the phone talking to a customer and there was about 3 people in line waiting for her which was okay until I see like 6 or 7 guys chilling in the back and all in their phones and I the other customers had to wait like 10 min till a guy from the back popped out and started taking orders and probably they don’t do cashier but the girl obviously needed help. And there was 2 people waiting on there food and no one was cooking and the Lund gradually got longer over those 10 min

Food was good! Service was the best! Came on different days and times with mix matched flavors. Cooks out did themselves! Definitely definitely make the extra drive to order from here for group eats.

Not the first time I've been given the wrong pick up order from this location. Wait times are never accurate and the food is inconsistent. Staff is friendly at least, but it's worth driving further to avoid this location for a better experience overall.

I have ordered from here for years but I must say the last 4 times has been a disappointment. The food is below par compared to all others. Boneless are none less no meat just hard crust and bone in have no flavor . This location always gets order wrong and when you inform them they are rude.

I was so excited to try the new Cajun meal deal. I ordered 8 classic wings, I was expecting it to be fast. Then I saw people who ordered after me getting their food, families too. After 45 minutes of waiting I went up and asked and they said it was still being done. I went back to sit down waited 20 more minutes I went again and they asked me for my receipt and finally started making my food. They told me wait 5 more minutes and I waited another 10 minutes to get my order. A total of 1 hour and 30 minutes to get 8 classic wings. They had lost my ticket which is why took so long.
