Always have wings sitting around and when I place my order they just drop them in the grease to reheat for a minute and my food ends up tasting not fresh compared to the other locations where they make them fresh.

Order online and gave the option to pay upon pickup, but little did I know they didn’t accept cash whatsoever and the website doesn’t say anything about it. The employee wasn’t nice about it either they looked at me crazy and left me with my hand in the air in front of all the customers how embarrassing.

Really bad customer service from manager. Past by I live over an hour away had raw chicken in my meal she won't even give me new order or anything without the food back at the restaurant. Reminding her I live far away and with someone at the restaurant saying I didn't need to bring it back I put my meal in the trash but took pictures. Can't get in touch with any customer service or district manager.

Wingstop is awesome this location is not. Burnt bread overcooked wings so much grease it mixes with the sauce and dry rubs. Every time i go there like 7 people are standing around. Its not busy yet they take 30 minutes for each order meaning if you want 30 wings then be ready to wait 3 hours l. Worst wingstop i ever had dont go to this place unless you feel like giving like throwing away food
