I met 3 of my friends met me yesterday at The Central Perk Bistro in Hamilton,Tx. We are all 88yrs old. We hadn’t seen each other since highshool. It was 100 mi for ea of us to meet there. It is darling country home with a fabulous menu & ambience. We loved the owner & staff and hope to go back as long as we are “kickin”. Hope Hamilton.

One of those places that was absolutely perfect to stop by while we were visiting a local business for some future planning. Quaint little spot to enjoy a sandwich and chips and relax for a spell before driving back to Waco. We hope you enjoy your visit as much as we did.

I have been coming here for years and they still have the best service and every single thing on the menu is amazing!
My kiddos and I stopped for lunch on a long drive. We got the Cora sandwich, egg salad sandwich and the stuffed avocado with chicken salad. The service was exceptional, fast delivery to our table and friendly! The food was delicious, fresh and a healthier option than most towns offer. Unfortunately we barely had cash and that’s the only way to tip. They do accept card payments which is super helpful, you just can’t tip on the card. Anytime I need to come this way, I’d be sure to stop again.

This place is precious, the ladies who own it are absolutely incredible. The service was FAST and incredibly friendly. The food is delicious (the stuffed avocado is a must) and the best part is that the kitchen is SPOTLESS, it is genuinely one of the cleanest and most organized kitchens I have ever seen! 10/10 recommend!
