I met 3 of my friends met me yesterday at The Central Perk Bistro in Hamilton,Tx. We are all 88yrs old. We hadn’t seen each other since highshool. It was 100 mi for ea of us to meet there. It is darling country home with a fabulous menu & ambience. We loved the owner & staff and hope to go back as long as we are “kickin”. Hope Hamilton.
Central Perk is a great little Bristo to grab a well prepared meal at. Whether you're in the mood for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, their food, service and great atmosphere will have ya coming back.

The coffee was fresh and the food was tasty. I got the breakfast wrap with sausage, potato, egg, cheese, and fresh veggies. The wrap was hot, tasty, and filled to the brim with food.
