I love their food, BUT the restaurant here in Hamilton, TX is not worth going. 10 minutes till close, my daughter and I just wanted some chicken strips after being at a beauty pageant. We pull up and they told us they were “sold out” of everything. I know SONIC here in town would never turn down a paying customer. I’m calling management tomorrow and complaining. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard of this restaurant pulling this stunt.

Started off with a bang but months later it's beginning to show all the signs of neglect and a lack of owner involvement. We ordered fish dinners and were asked to pull around to wait. No problem knowing we were going to get hot fresh dinners. Instead well over 10 minutes later we were served fries well past the hold point. One order of fish fresh out of the fryer and one order just as far past the recommended hold point as the cold, rubbery fries. The condiments we requested didn't make it in our bag either.
Please don't let this restaurant get as bad as Bushes got before the owners sold it and moved on. Stay on your staff, hold them accountable, if you ask customers to wait for items to be prepared, and they wait over 10 minutes make sure you send out HOT FRESHLY COOKED ITEMS IN BOTH DINNER BOXES!!

Ordered 2 chicken straps and 2 strip w/fried okra. Chicnn was room temp....okra was over cooked...crunchy and room temp. No napkins in eating area. Worth $13+????

Stopped by for some food on our 12 hour trip back home. It was really late at night so only 1 other family. The food was pretty good especially for fast food imo and the spicy salt packets went amazing with the chicken and corn.
The reason the food gets a 4/5 is because I did get some chicken tenders that were mainly just the breading and minimal chicken, but that was only for like 3 across 22 tenders for the whole family
Bonus: we couldn't finish it all the food so we asked for a take-out box. They have their own custom boxes and it was surprising to see and I was impressed lol
