Crossfire Grill is hands down one of the best hidden gems I’ve come across. At first, we weren’t even sure we were in the right spot since it’s tucked inside a resort and rodeo arena, but I’m so glad we went in. The food was phenomenal—like Texas beef meets a California wedge salad with just the right touch of Cajun flair. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. On top of that, the prices were surprisingly affordable for the quality and portions. I honestly can’t say enough about how much I loved this place—it was such a great experience from start to finish. If you’re anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and eat here. You won’t regret it! I was in Hamilton for 4 nights and ate here twice, it was so good. I had the BLT Wedge salad with steak one night, great thick cut bacon and generous portion. Second night was the filet mignon with loaded potato, also great quality ingredients and preparation. The second night we had a large party so service was a bit slower but that's understandable. I look forward to coming back my next time in the Hamilton area, especially if I can come see a rodeo event in the arena!

Crossfire Steakhouse was highly recommended by several people from our community. We drove four hours to this event. From the time that we walked into the door, were seated, received our food and walked out the door, the atmosphere food and service was five star.
