I ordered a chili cheese dog and they put mustard and onions on it??? No indication that this should be the case on the menu or the online ingredients list. Also messed up 2/3 of my friends' orders. They were friendly and got the orders out quick, but that's not really what we cared about.

We spoke to them 3 times! Asking where on earth our one singular hamburger is? 30 minutes with no lines and they could not get us a hamburger. Had to leave with nothing. Even with our complaints they offered nothing complimentary. Terrible service, my family and I will never be back there. For the sake of your families don't go back either.

I ordered a double burger and that gave me a single burn. So I turned around and back to order the right one, and they told me it would take 5 to 10 minutes to receive it. Maybe it's because i'm not white, but I think it's a racist thing

DQ should take over for kids and take their buildings and put indoor playgrounds for kids since McDonald's gave up on kids and cater too coffee libs.
Loved the $7 meal. I like the fact that I could get a substitute blizzard instead of the sundae.everthing wad perfect and the order was on point.

After messing up our order, they told us we would have to pay to fix it! They were serious! The burger meals they did do correctly looked like they were just thrown together - vegetables, cheese, mustard everywhere! They were more interested in joking around with each other than anything having to do with customers! Sad.
