I ordered a double burger and that gave me a single burn. So I turned around and back to order the right one, and they told me it would take 5 to 10 minutes to receive it. Maybe it's because i'm not white, but I think it's a racist thing

After messing up our order, they told us we would have to pay to fix it! They were serious! The burger meals they did do correctly looked like they were just thrown together - vegetables, cheese, mustard everywhere! They were more interested in joking around with each other than anything having to do with customers! Sad.

The person who helped us in the drive through was a pleasure, very respectful and even gave a treat to my dog.
My husband’s belt buster looks so poor. It only came with 1 meat. My daughter’s chicken basket included a hair. The manager trying to manage the toilet that is over flowing in the men’s restroom came back to the front counter and started handing out orders without washing his hands.

The food is fine for when on the road. The employee brought the food directly to us outside. The location where the facility was located was a bit boring, but they were very nice so the atmosphere was still good

The food was fine. But first of all. When we got the food. When we sat down outside, we heard the employee ask another customer in the drive thru these exact words: “Do you want a burger or a problem.”. This was very unsettling. Then later on. We noticed an employee running inside with someone’s order??? And because their hands were full, they couldn’t open the door. But instead of asking for help, they started making noises that sounded like ‘eugh eugh ah eugh’ and then magically they disappeared inside. (Was this some sort of spell?). Furthermore I guess overall it’s fine. But the experience was both suprising and odd…
