The food is fine for when on the road. The employee brought the food directly to us outside. The location where the facility was located was a bit boring, but they were very nice so the atmosphere was still good
The food was fine. But first of all. When we got the food. When we sat down outside, we heard the employee ask another customer in the drive thru these exact words: “Do you want a burger or a problem.”. This was very unsettling. Then later on. We noticed an employee running inside with someone’s order??? And because their hands were full, they couldn’t open the door. But instead of asking for help, they started making noises that sounded like ‘eugh eugh ah eugh’ and...
The food was perfect and so was the service, but when they redid the drive thru, they put the speaker right at the road, facing the road. They can't hear you and you can't hear them. Terrible design.
