Horrible every time I am here have actually stopped going. Slow service because they constantly only have 2 people. Food is not that good unclean and waitstaff rude all the time. Once I was due 57cents back and the cashier asked if I wanted it. Avoid at all cost

I ordered the 4 piece Steak Finger Basket with An additional Large order of French Fries for my 2 young Granddaughter's (2&5 years old). Unfortunately I didn't get the additional Large order of French Fries that I had ordered & paid for. 😡🤬😤😵😕. #UNBELIEVEABLE. Hamlin TX.

Complete dump, I ordered chicken tender combo they didn't tell me it was going to take 15 minutes, and I ordered it through the damn drive through.... multiple customers that ordered in before me, hadn't even received their food yet.. their drive through isn't even drive through service as they made pull all the way around the building and park in parking lot.... I got tired of waiting and got my refund and left... Don't go there...

We are trucker’s stopped to eat here we always do when we pass through. Now tell me why all stores non truck stops and truck stops let you get ice in your own cup but this establishment does not !! Every restaurant I go to will give me free ice and water . But DQ doesn’t. Corporate handle this ! This is a joke during summer every restaurant and convince store does it because they don’t want people dehydrated and passing out !!!

I ordered a jalito ranch burger with no lettuce. They put lettuce on it. When I took the lettuce off the jalito ranch came off with it. Instead of just giving me a small side of ranch the cook in the back (an older lady) was a total jerk and argued with me and said she put it on the burger with the lettuce and it wasn’t her fault. They were going to make me pay for it. Then to insult me more, she gave me a side of jalito each that was such a small amount you couldn’t get it out of the bottom of the little container. My wife went up to talk to them and she still argued with my wife about it and was a jerk to her. Then she turned around and was a jerk to the girl who took the order who was obviously newer. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced at a Dairy Queen!

Didn't get to try the food. I waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes just to get to the window and wait another 10 minutes. When the staff finally opened the window they told me the food wait was 20-25 minutes. There was only 3 cars in the parking lot but a school bus did just pull up. I gave service a 3 only because the kid was polite...
