First time coming lady behind counter was nice and helpful when I was asking about all the food she was the only one working food came out in a timely manner I got the shrimp and fish,gumbo,fried mushrooms let me say shrimp and fish was ok didn't have a lot of flavor and not very crispy the gumbo was lacking flavor kinda dry and the fried mushrooms tasted like frozen water needless to say I don't think I will be returning

I had high hopes for this place as I have been passing it quite a bit over the years and wanted to give it a try so I stopped in even though I wasn’t extremely hungry the lady behind the counter seemed nice and recommended the shrimp so that’s what I got a five piece shrimp Sat down she brought me my food and the fries are cold didn’t think to ask for a receipt so when I was done went up to the counter and asked for one she told me there was no way she could print one luckily the owners name and phone number is listed on the door so I called Owner and he walked her through how to give me a receipt I don’t mind washing my hands in the outside sink but there are flies flying around inside the restaurant and cold fries is just not acceptable she insisted they were fresh but I know better i used to cook in a restaurant they were no less than 20 minutes old I am highly disappointed but I gave it two stars because the shrimp were cooked fresh and as expected

Ordered blackened shrimp tacos. The tortillas were cold, very little Cole slaw in the taco (if it was even Cole slaw, looked like lettuce) the tacos were missing avacados as well. We were missing our hush puppies that were to come with our meal as well. Also, they were out of beans and rice so she said we could sub another side, chose a salad (it is listed under the sides)... the salad was a bowl of lettuce and cheese. All of this to find out they charged us $4.00 for a salad that only had lettuce in it because they did not have the beans and rice. Been there many times.. but today was the last time for a while. The staff was pleasant just poor communication and very little attention to detail.

This little diner has great seafood. Always fresh and hot! They don't serve adult beverages but it's BYOB.They have crawfish on weekends till they sell out, and sometimes they have local musicians playing outside.We really like this place.
