Everytime we go (we have a family of 5), which is about 2 to 4 times a week the service is horrible. The workers are so cranky and rude. Not even because we are regulars, its always attitude. Very disappointing!

Tried to place order through uber eats and the driver had to call me and have me talk to an employee who informed me they were out of everything I ordered and had no replacement items. Employee then informed me I had to cancel the order which I did and now they will not answer the phone and communicate with Uber Eats (so I can be refunded) to inform them that their negligent inventory was the reason my order could not have been started. So here I am ice cream less and not being refunded even though they were paid for a service they could not complete.

They never have any chocolate flavors out. I go different times during the week, different days, no chocolate. Definitelydon't have 31 flavors.

This was terrible! Took my granddaughters here for ice cream. I decided to splurge and get me a banana split. They didn't know what it was. This place had nothing! No whip cream, no syrup, no nuts. They didn't have hardly any ice cream. Oh its Saturday or did you not know that. We'll you should know to be prepared for a Saturday shouldn't you? Will go to Dairy Queen or even McDonald's next time I want to get ice cream.

Avoid this place! I should have read reviews first! Not clean environment! was looking forward to a good ol’ fashion banana split but No chocolate or strawberry 😵💫 will drive across town next time to avoid coming here… so sad :/

First time visiting Baskin-Robbins and last they literally had nothing. From basic vanilla ice cream to cones and cups they had nothing . The ice cream even looked iffy but my kids really wanted ice cream so they risked it hopefully we don't end up in the e.r. . I get places run out of things but why stay open if you don't have anything to provide to a customer. If I could I would give a half a star the only good thing was the workers being nice even though they seemed lost and unsure of anything . Don't visit or waste your money here not worth it .

Avoid this place. Last summer I complained because they are constantly out of toppings. I can never get what I want. The supposedly new manager wrote and said that all of that was going to be resolved with new management. Well fast-forward to today I went, and again, out of toppings. First of all, they could not make a smoothie they said they had no ingredients. So I asked for a hot fudge sundae. The guy brought me the sundae with no toppings. I asked where are the toppings. He said oh I am sorry we don’t have any nuts. We also don’t have any hot fudge. Would you like chocolate? No, I would not like chocolate that is not hot fudge. Also, why didn’t you tell me this before I ordered it and not after I had already paid? In reading the current reviews, it seems everyone else has the same issue. How are these guys even still open? I told the guy what my issue is with the store acknowledging that it is not his personal problem. He said that it is not the manager it is that corporate will not give them the things they need. He said that corporate just decides that they don’t need supplies. That is a crappy way to do business. I’m never going there again.

I go in order 3 banana splits and not until there are done putting the ice cream in they inform me that don't have any of the topping! No whipped cream and then put hard chocolate on top as I ask the young man by the name of Wyatt for the GM name he stares at me like I'm an idiot!! No apologies NOTHING and proceeds to charge me full price

On many occasions I have came to this location for ice cream and they don’t have the flavors in stock.. today it’s 5:30pm and I wanted an Oreo milkshake and again they don’t have Oreo ice cream. If this is something that’s always low in stock why not order more?

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE service! Came here with my girlfriend and the ENTIRE night crew is RUDE. The lady on the speaker laughed at me when I asked if they sold big tubs of ice cream, then tells me they have 25+ different flavors of ice cream and laughs when I ask for strawberry. They didn’t give us a spoon for the ice cream so I pulled up to the window and asked for a spoon and they tell me they only have the the tiny taste tester spoons which is an ABSOLUTE LIE. Please don’t come to this location, it’s the worst service I’ve received out of every place I’ve been.
