Rude. They don't acknowledge you. Take orders from the next line while you're sitting there waiting to order.They are on their headsets talking to each other while sitting in the drive thru and hear them through the menu speakers. Then when you pull up to the window after being ignored for your online order they get an attitude with you. This place has went to hell. No courtesy from any employee.

The purchase I made for a frozen coke was unavailable when I drove to the second window, after waiting in line for 40 minutes. I asked for a refund because they did not have what I wanted and was given an attitude as if I caused the machine to become inoperable. My refund was given in change, literately, and there was no customer service rendered (i.e. "we are sorry for any inconvenience, here is your change (in dollars), have a nice night). Stop hiring young people if they are not mature enough to work inside public businesses. This world obviously witnesses the lack of people skills, especially with younger people, which degrades the respect they have for themselves and others.
Sprite taste horrible and dose not even taste like sprite it taste like mineral water like I think yall need to clean your soda dispensers cus it taste like actual crap??

I dont frequent fast food places because of my diet.Today I brought my family in for a late lunch. I asked for a Double Ghost Pepper Whopper without the bun for my wife and I to split. They brought it out in a plastic container for my wife and I to use as well as cutlery. This is above and beyond my expectations.Thank you for the AMAZING service.
His visit to this Burger King was a lot better than the one in Copperas Cove, there were no flies at this one, the customer service was poor though. The guy in front really shouldn’t be working here if he doesn’t like his job. The food was a lot better everything was fresh. It was a slow lunch, so it was peaceful, it was clean and kept up.
This is a burger King i am all to familier with. I dread going there but it's the closest one and I still like the food. So, I go to the drive thru, there are 2 cars in front of me so I already know I am now in for a long wait. I get to the speaker and order my food in a fairly decent time. When I drive around to the pay window, both cars in front of me are already on their way to the food window. I sit at the pay window looking at the cashier who barely glanced my way. I sat there expecting her to open the window and say something in the lines of "be right with you" or "your total is ?". But that didn't happen. I watched the other two cars in front of me both get their food and drive off. Meanwhile, im still sitting at the pay window waiting for acknowledgment. Nope...never happened. After several more moments and realized there are no other cars in the drive thru, not even taking orders, I went ahead and proceeded to the food window. (Aprox. 12 minutes of starring at the cashier and realizing she was NOT going to acknowledge me) I expected someone their to take my money but instead they handed me my food and told me to have a good night. So, I drove off. If they don't want my money, that's fine, however, I still want my food.This BK is notoriously known for being slow AF, but i did get a free family meal for it this time. (About a $36 bill)
Although I came through at lunch time, I was impressed with how fast the drive through went. They obviously have a very good team there! Food was awesome and hot and I have no issues
