I have ordered to go several times at this location and the location in Killeen Tx.They are always out of items at this location .The mgr is very rude.I asked him on one occasion.If you are out of chicken then why is your open light on .He got rude and defensive and threaten to call the cops on me.All for asking a question.This guy is hot head and other people that I know had problems with him about the same thing.He doesn't seem to know how much food to order.Lol We never had these problems at the Killeen location and much nicer Mgr !!!!!!!!

So I went to bushes and had bad experience never again going there. My boyfriend has anger issues instead of the manager handling the situation in a professional way. He was very unprofessional he was cussing. Back and forth arguing very unprofessional

I get the same order and every time I order it it’s always different either they put too much sauce, not enough sauce the french fries taste old or the chicken is old but most of the time the order is perfect at least 6/10 times

I visited this establishment last week. I went inside. The manager/ GM was taking orders. He did acknowledged after me after 5 mins. When he was done taking orders he answered the telephone & told someone to help me. The person replied he ll be with you about 5 mins. & went back to drive thru orders. People here are unprofessional & non friendly. Go here if u want to spend your hard earned money & be treated like a pigeon by high schoolers & a fat sweaty middle aged man.

The girl with brown short hair was supper rude. I had to repeat my order more than once . And she still gotten it wrong . When I confronted her she got upset and emotional . Idk if it was her first day or just a bad day . It wasn’t good service at all .

The girl that took my order was very attentive and went out of her way to even though they were already crispy tenders I asked for extra crispy and she made it happen . And they were perfect I loved this Bush's very well done guys .

Loved the gizzards! I ate them so fast that I didn’t realize it came with gravy. I put hot sauce on mine and sprinkled a little bit of the serendipity on top of them as well as the green beans. I personally liked this place better than the competition and the customer service was very helpful. Crunchy, hot and fresh food is what I have to say about that!

This Bush's in Harker Heights is absolutely horrible...I've patronize this establishment since it was opened and over time is just getting worse and worse. These few weeks I've ordered once a week and the chicken tasted very chewy and old...probably sat on the food warmer way too long. Plus, the customer service is subpar...I drove up to the drive-thru line and 2 cars ahead of me. After waiting for about 10 minutes for the staff talking to the car in front of me and the staff was not even taking an order, but had a female friend of some sort, giving him some children's clothes. Then, walked pass me and started talking to another person that he knew, and totally, ignoring my car waiting to place an order. Lastly, they're always out of food...(i.e. Mac & cheese, dinner rolls,and fried gizzard). By the facial expression of the manager, she doesn't even care about her employees' attitude. Whether they're taking care of customers or not...Yeah, time to take my business elsewhere.
