This was my worst dinning experience. My food was correct, but my friend’s food kept coming out cold/luke warm. When my bill came it too was very wrong. It had food on it that I didn’t order and food that i ordered but I never received. The manager comped my friend and her daughter’s food but I still had to pay an altered bill that mad no sense. Clearly I’m no going back there again. AND IN CASE YOU’RE wondering…. We did tip the waiter because we couldn’t figure out who to blame for the poor service and food.

4/27/2024Ordered the fried shrimp platter with fries and coleslaw. Not only did they give me about 15 fries but they were also soggy. My wife got the lemon pepper chicken with the salad and corn and her plate looked pitiful as well. For the price it's not worth it. I'm good on this place for a while. I will stick to Bubbas and Texas Roadhouse.Update: I ordered a half rack of ribs with a caesar salad. When I got home and opened that salad that had to been the saddest disappointment of a salad I ever seen. Not only was the container super small but the lettuce was brown and wilted. The croutons felt like they were soaked in water all day. What's crazy is I had the same thing happened with Texas Roadhouse last week. Salad looked awful. Don't even know what else to say.Steak and shrimp combo shouldn't be 13.99 when the shrimp is small and the steak is barely 6 oz. I get more for the same price at Texas Road house.

My wife & I went here last night and it was ok at first. We were sat to eat by a nice hostess and then things got weird. There was a commotion in another seating area. Loud screaming and confusion. Kinda gave my wife a scare. We then ordered our food, my wife(pregnant) ordered a spinach dip and I ordered a shrimp pasta. As we sat and waited for our food to arrive, the commotion started to creep folks out and they started to order their food to go. We did not. Our dip arrived and it was delicious, until my wife got to the very last bit and found a piece of wood in her dip! This made me very upset! I had to go retrieve the manager myself. When I did, Chris was his name. I asked him how could this happen? This could have been a very dangerous situation for my wife or our unborn child! He offered to remove the item from our ticket and replace it for free. At this point my wife was already feeling unsure about eating anything else that came from the kitchen! We love this place and were very disappointed in the nonchalant attitude from the manager about the situation! We will not be eating here anymore. They lack in food safety and food quality. We still paid $30 for food that we didn’t trust eating. This is not ok!

Thanks to cheddar for a $26.00 lesson on were not to eat a piece of toast burn as black as the container it was in,missing the Coleslaw and enough salt in the broccoli casserole to carry a family of 4 for a week. This is my personal opinion of cheddar's hope all other customers had a better meal today.

My family loves eating here. Fresh and delicious food. I have also ordered the dinner takeout meals. Worth every penny. Also a pretty good value for the price.
Took my granddaughter for her birthday. They don't have a special desert for people celebrating their birthday, but the manager made her a slice of chocolate cake with ice cream covered in caramel, and brought it to the table, and sang happy birthday for her. All of the staff was friendly ... special mention, the butter crescent were delicious.
Friday evening between 5 and 6. No wait.Ruby provided the best service we have ever had in the area in 3 years!! She was THE BEST!The food was just as outstanding. Everything we had was top notch!I was weary because of all the negative reviews recently but they knocked it out of the park ALL AROUND!

Me and my daughter normally order here bout 3 /4 times a week lately the baked potatoes be too hard same as broccoli and yesterday it hard and not seasoned order fish and chips the fish was hot fries was cold , on 4/4/24 I had an order for pick up it says it was going to be ready at 4pm I arrived 4:07 didn't get order until 4:40p potatoes and broccoli was hard that day i called the manager he said he can make it right by refunding or a gift card with a lil more than the ticket, I choose gift card he would email it same day, I assume he forgot to email it because I never got it so I called following day and a different manager is there and wasn't aware of the situation and I tried to give him ticket number but he said he didn't need it so he emailed me one I'm just going to take a break from here for a while it was my favorite placeVegetarian options: Sometimes broccoli hard and not seasoned and potatoes be hard sometimes and taste old

The white fish was under cooked the ribs were tough and over cooked. The cheddar legendary monster cookie was horrible it came come out freezing cold. It was over microwaved. It was two colors. They must have changed the recipe on that cookie. The crazy part of all this is I'll go back and dine. The manager explained that it was a new training cook in the kitchen.
