If you want someone to actually care about you getting your moneys worth in food, find a different chipotle. The servers here are quite rude, and are not attentive at all. How did you forget 6 parts of an order when it says it clearly on the receipt? The food is cold and old. I fear that if you say something they will spit in your food. Find another chipotle that cares about you getting your moneys worth.

This is the WORST chipotle I have ever been too. They are consistently out of food items DAILY such as Guac, Pico , Chicken, Rice, Queso. I have given this location many opportunities at several different times of the day in hopes for a better outcome. Unfortunately the service isn’t any better, every employee looks like they hate working there, or they are annoyed to assist you which is ironic because why work in customer service/ food service? it’s extremely frustrating especially when you know this chain has much better service to offer. This is the 3rd time this week I arrived to this location and they were out of Guac, Pico, and Veggies and the service was terrible. This location needs new management immediately.

My last visit here the employee making my bowl was extremely rude when asking me to repeat myself. I asked for more lettuce and the employee made a bothered face and said “more what?” 10/10 times going to this chipotle they will always be out of main ingredients like rice or meats and then when you ask them how long they will always give an attitude. They are skimpy with the portions. And will charge extra when asking for me. I’ve have gone here for years and it’s gone down hill.

Place looked nasty. Tables hadn't been cleaned and both my daughter and I found hair in our food that didn't belong to either of us. The employees with beards weren't wearing beard nets and the employees with long hair had no hair nets either. Needless to say Chipotle has declined majorly in all these areas. They used to be a decent restaurant to eat at; guess not so much anymore. Not going back that's for sure.

I have given this location SO many chances to do better. I haven’t visited this location in a long time, but decided to give them another chance. This visit was no better than my last few. This is the only one in my area; otherwise, I would NEVER come here. When I am in Temple, I will sometimes order from that location. They are soooo much better!! The Harker Heights location is always out of items when I order in the restaurant. When ordering online, it is NEVER ready when I arrive. Today I ordered online and requested it for a later time. I received the text that my order was ready and I headed to pick it up 5 minutes later. It still was not ready when I arrived! After waiting an additional 15-20 minutes, it was finally ready. This is unacceptable!! Typically the food is really good, but today it was just ok. There was a lot of rice and very little meat. I also believe they forgot the sauce I requested because I didn’t see or taste it. I don’t understand why a text is received when you’re not ready for the order to be picked up!!! I think I am totally done with this location!!!! 😡

I order a LOT of burrito bowls. With rice, beans, chicken, sour ream and cheese. After the 4th time of getting the wrong order, in pissed!! This is what I got tonight🤬
