This is genuinely the worst Chipotle I’ve been to. I now drive to Cove or Temple instead because this location is so unreliable. Every time I’ve gone, the food has been poor, or they’re inexplicably out of basics like steak or rice. I’m not sure what’s going on, but the management seriously needs to address these ongoing issues.

It was fine the lady serving my food was hard of hearing and very rude. She had an attitude and put corn on my bowl then had a smart mouth when she was in the wrong! I was highly upset with her actions so I just left after.

spent almost 50 dollars for a bowl and a burrito the burrito was huge and was only 9.50 while my bowl which i got charged 12 dollars for when i did not have carne asada i had steak and barbacoa and asked for half steak and half barbacoa not for extra meat not to mention i didn’t have rice or beans i had meat lettuce cheese and sour cream and queso bcs i don’t like their rice or beans and still payed 12$ for this? it was cold and nasty and you can’t even call and speak to anybody it’s just an automatic voice so they can avoid problems they cause because they don’t know how to ring up a order correctly. Workers attitudes are disgusting too all of them mad at having to do their jobs embarrassing
Just got home ready to eat took one bit and notice a insect in my food. It was alive and after working 14 hours I do not want to go back and drive all the way to return it. I do not even want to eat from there again. Ruined my whole appetite.

Good experience, word of advice if you order a drink for a pickup order, check the bag. They put an empty cup in there and didn’t tell us.

We ate there a little after 2:30pm, so we probably just missed the lunch rush. The food was good. The staff seemed a bit kurt and impatient, but that could have been due to post lunch let down. The dinning area was messy and the drink and utensil stations were not stocked. Again, possibly due to a post lunch rush.

Hi, I’ve been a loyal customer for months and never had an issue with portion sizes until recently. There’s a new girl serving who keeps giving me barely one scoop of rice every time. I don’t know if she’s judging me based on how I look, but it’s honestly disrespectful. I pay for a full meal like everyone else and expect to get what I’m paying for. Please address this, because it’s starting to feel intentional.

Came in at 10pm on the 1st. The lady who made my burrito seemed to be rushing and ignored my comments about adding extra chicken and sour cream. I have no problem whatsoever paying for more food. The attitudes are really aggravating.
