Chipotle Mexican Grill

Just got home ready to eat took one bit and notice a insect in my food. It was alive and after working 14 hours I do not want to go back and drive all the way to return it. I do not even want to eat from there again. Ruined my whole appetite.

Quick service. However, staff wasn't friendly at all. Everything was rushed. Chicken was disappointing.

We ate there a little after 2:30pm, so we probably just missed the lunch rush. The food was good. The staff seemed a bit kurt and impatient, but that could have been due to post lunch let down. The dinning area was messy and the drink and utensil stations were not stocked. Again, possibly due to a post lunch rush.

Hi, I’ve been a loyal customer for months and never had an issue with portion sizes until recently. There’s a new girl serving who keeps giving me barely one scoop of rice every time. I don’t know if she’s judging me based on how I look, but it’s honestly disrespectful. I pay for a full meal like everyone else and expect to get what I’m paying for. Please address this, because it’s starting to feel intentional.

Came in at 10pm on the 1st. The lady who made my burrito seemed to be rushing and ignored my comments about adding extra chicken and sour cream. I have no problem whatsoever paying for more food. The attitudes are really aggravating.

This place is no longer a favorite of mine. It has gone way down hill. The quality of the food and the quantity is no sufficient! I will no longer spend my money at these horrible places

If this service had a smell….ooooh this places staff would STINK! The attitudes on these people. They rushed me through the line so fast that they were practically toppling on each other to get my bowl completed. I know you want to get through the rush, but freaking smile at least! I’m a server and so I just like anyone else spending money here worked hard for mine, but especially by giving good service. I am taking my tips and spending them here which means I would like good service as well! I don’t have very high expectations, I understand bad days. Don’t take it out on me though. If you can’t smile and keep pace. Find somewhere else to work. Don’t get an attitude with me because YOU don’t want to be there! If I ask for extra chicken, smile and load me up. I’m paying for it! Don’t frown because you have to scoop a little more, trust me it won’t hurt you that much. My mom never complains, we had kiddos sleeping in the car so I went in first and then she went in. I didn’t say anything to her about the service beforehand because I wanted to get her authentic opinion. I didn’t even have to ask, she got in the car and said “they are so rude, I would rather take my chances ordering online and not getting the right portions, just so I don’t have to interact with them.” My elderly mom who is so very sweet and patient said that! My advice chipotle, fire them all and start over, it might be beneficial to you! Good luck! Oh and the food was not good either. I ate the meat out which was basically none. I just didn’t want to argue with them. The only positive is, if you like loads of rice, this is the chipotle for you!

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to or ordered from. I should have learned my lesson the first time ordering takeout from here. The order was wrong all three times. I tried to fix this by going in person and it was even worse. Pathetic, rude, and unprofessional staff rushing customers and telling them to “keep up”. The sweaty cooks were also wearing tank tops solidifying a 0/100. Do better.
