Church's Texas Chicken

10 piece special.

The chicken was crispy and not greasy. That was great. No seasoning or flavor. Very disappointing
Pumpkin cheesecake was just ok. Mash potatoes had no flavor, very bland even with gravy. I'm not looking for an at home meal but at least flavor. It was wasted money. It's been years, and was i shocked.

I would give this place a zero if I could.. but to make a review I have to select atleast one star- so here we go. I made a door dash order for a total of 28 pieces of chicken. When I received the order there were only 17 pieces total . I called the establishment at 8:17 and no one answered (it's not a busy location) so I called again. When they finally answered the phone they did not say anything to let me know they were there. I explained what happened and the employee seemed less than willing to help. Firstly he asked if I was gonna pick it up "tomorrow or something " . I told them I would come right now. He made it seem like he put our chicken aside.
When I pulled up to the drive through (because the doors are closed ) I told the employee I was who called on the phone . The employee said it would be a 16 minute wait so I agree and begin to pull up to the window.. however I then hear his remark through the speaker "if we're not closed ". I pulled into reverse so fast and demanded my chicken be made so they told me again 16 minutes . I am writing this from the parking lot ..... currently I am still waiting on my chicken ..... I showed up here at at 8:19 and the time chicken our was hicken was received was 9:12.

Not sure if it's a corporate scheme to save millions or what but what happened to there recipe they use to have great flavor now it taste like there ain't no seasoning at all, like are yall just holding back on buying seasoning?

Been at this location 4 times in the last 2 months and they have finally changed my mind, I will not visit this location ever again, they didn’t have anything recently cooked everything was in containers and there was still an hour before closing, also they didn’t fill my order twice missing chicken, coleslaw was rotten fries were hard like they have been left over nite under the lamp

This place as trouble services. I order 8 pieces chicken and frys and gravy it took like almost 30mins minutes for order to be really. I was in the drive though put then went inside .the employees were just talking about them selfs.i will never go back to this one

We specifically asked for a #3 meal. With fresh okra. A biscuit comes with the meal as well. I ordered an apple pie and they told me it would be a 7 minute wait. I said ok. We waited more like 10 minutes. The food came with no biscuit burnt okra and when I called about because I'm home when I checked and when ask for a refund when having my receipt the staff was rude and had no consideration. This is why your business sucks and I will never go back.

Usually have a good experience here, but this time was awful! Ordered online, wasn't ready when we got there, didn't have sweet tea we ordered. Told to wait 5 minutes and ended up 15 before getting baby out car to walk in. Got met at the door with our food and didn't even have the condiments I asked for when I got home. Was so frustrating.

This place is unbelievable. I grew up on church's chicken and service was always great. But too many times this location 670 you are always told they don't have any ready chicken and that it will be 25 minutes wait for chicken. And don't get your chicken til about an hour later. And this is just at 1pm. Biscuits are 12 minutes waiting but you get those 30 minutes later that's if you happen to go inside to see what's taking so long. If I didn't go inside I be waiting an hour just for biscuits. Turns out the lateness on getting my biscuits was because the 3 young boys were talking. Seems they can't put biscuits, talk and listen at the same time. It's was put 1 biscuit in box, listen to 1 guy then put another biscuit then talk before he put another biscuit in box. I should of packed my own biscuits and get paid for that, like dominos tips you for tipping. The service here at this location is bad. Who is the manager or the franchisor. Because they are losing money. Too bad for such a good franchise and new building it's in. Why should one have to wait 25 minutes for fast food. Did they go chase the chicken to kill and cook it. This is a fast food place wait times like that are for restaurants like Mi Pueblo, Olive Garden where your food takes time to get cooked or baked.

Worst ever, an hour and 20 minutes to get my food. On line order. They boxed my chicken strips as I walked in, then acknowledged me 15 minutes later. Told me it would take another 25 minutes for my chicken order. After 40 minutes, they gave me my food, with chicken strips that had been sitting for 50 minutes. Didn't give me my drink, I had to ask 2 times for the cup. And gave me the wrong flavor of biscuits. I watched them take phone calls as they served. No urgency at all. I got to watch them for an hour. The worst experience ever.
