3 strikes you're out! Went to the restaurant with my granddaughter, and entered the restroom to wash our hands (thank goodness that was all we needed to do!). No toilet paper, no soap in the dispenser. Had sanitizer in my purse, so used that. Went to the counter to order, and service staff was arguing loudly about something. When someone FINALLY waited on me, I let them know about the restroom situation. I asked if someone checks on the restroom very often. I was told the night staff is supposed to make sure it is stocked. I'm sure the soap dispenser wasn't emptied all in one day, and the double roll paper dispenser was completely empty. Made me wonder about the hygiene of the female wait staff. Ordered a number 1 with corn on the cob. They didn't have any made. This is the 3rd time coming to this restaurant, and they didn't have corn. I only came to this restaurant because of the corn!! I walked out and went to a different chicken restaurant down the street.

Just shut this place down. Opens late, people supposed to be working but on their phones, food isn’t even prepared. Poor customer service. I didn’t even order I left I stood there for 15 minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged.

We were craving some chicken, so decided to stop At Churchs. It’s great to see a lot of young kids working in this workforce. But the young people took awhile to attend us, they saw us but were in a deep conversation. After about 3 minutes they finally attended us it took 18 more minutes to get our three and five piece chicken tender meals. The manager flat out asked the kids why it was taking long to get our meals out? And two or three of them started to yell at him as he scolded them to get to work and stop talking. He scolded them in front of about 7 or 8 customers. You could tell the kids were embarrassed. As an older person myself and workforce experience, I believe he should have pulled them aside. And the young kids should have not been yelling in front of all of us customers. It was very uncomfortable to even enjoy our meal. Will NOT be going back.

I went to Churches on Knights Way in Harker Heights Tx. I made my order at 11:44am. I ordered the 12 piece mixed with coleslaw and mashed potatoes. I was told it would be a 30 min. wait. I went ahead and ordered and paid for my food. I waited 30 min. And went inside and they were just finishing my order. I was upset about the longer wait that what they told me, I can’t understand that close to lunch time they did not have chicken ready. The place was not even busy, and another lady had to wait as long as I did. Got home and the chicken was almost burnt and dry tasting. Sorry Churches Chicken I gave you a try and was not happy. I will not go back and I will not recommend this place to eat,
