I like that new white guy. I walked in there, told them that they missed up my order the previous day which isn't the biggest deal but Then he made sure it was right. This time that's the guy I won't make of my coffee at least I know it won't be messed up dunkin for the win

Idk what’s up with Dunkin’s quality the last 3 years, and that goes doe majority of their locations. Their coffee and late’s taste bad and everything is extremely sugared up. Like I know latte is the literal translation of mill in Italian but why is my late 0.01% espresso and all sugary milk and garbage? It tastes like all cereals combined. This place has fell off
They’re also slow, the two young ladies were rude, had attitude and slow but the older gentleman looked like he was doing his best.
I recommend you stop by at Corner Donuts & Kolache down the road by Marco’s

I ordered a half dozen donuts, 3 chocolate with sprinkles and 3 glazed. I had to tell the girl working drive thru my order 3 times and each time she came back saying she didn’t have those donuts and then would list more donuts. I also ordered a Dunkin wrap, I told her 3 times and she gave me a wake up wrap. I asked for a Dunkin Energy and the girl had no idea what I was even talking about and kept trying to give me a drink with sparkling water! I sat in line for about 20 minutes while they tried to figure it out.

Solid food, nice and fast, very good price! Will be coming here for food more often, especially for those coffee lovers. I recommend the 6$ meal deal for as long as they have it. We used the drive thru and only had to wait around 7 minutes for our food!

I'm was here from Florida for one week because of a death in the family and I came to this store every morning for my coffee as I do in FT Lauderdale. The staff was amazing friendly and curious. I will not forget. You should be proud.
I have been into the Dunkin Donuts in Harker 3 different and separate times. The donuts were unappealing. No munchkins…each time. No cold brew, after I w paid for a cold brew. The young lady taking my order was definitely new and looked to the young man working with for help and guidance. He was NOT of any help at all. He left his coworker in a nervous state. I tried 3 times giving the benefit of doubt. However, this is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever visited! I will drive to Clear Creek, or Ft. Hood St.!

When I went in there were only two people working, and they were doing a fantastic job dealing with a rush. Unfortunately, two people just werrn't enough to handle the number of customers. They were doing their best, and kept a positive attitude, but wait times were unreasonably long. I hope management does a better job with staffing so their employees aren't run ragged and their customers have quicker service.

My kids and I have come to this location twice. Both times we received sub-par customer service. The food and drinks are great, but only if you get there latest menu items. Otherwise the staff doesn't seem to know how to make fresh items. The attendant seemed mad that I asked if a certain drink could be blended and bothered when we asked for all of the ice cream flavors.

I waited inside +40 minutes for my order and I still didn't get it, even after checking up on it. The lady said there was a mix up on the order receipts? I asked for a refund and walked out without my food. Never coming back to Dunkin. Terrible Service.
