LITERALLY 5 employees including what I could only assume to be managers sitting around in here when LITERALLY WE ARE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN HERE and no one helps us or even acknowledges us in the 10 plus minutes that we have been here. WOW WOW WOW... If not for my oldest granddaughter having her heart set on this today we would have left. But she's gonna have to come up with a different ice cream location in the future because since my family wasn't that important to yall then yall surely aren't that important to us. Thanks for the memories ✌️

Friendly workers. There seemed to be an issue with both my friend and myself's order. Over 3 times they took her milk order, which is better to be correct about it, than not, but still lacked her corrections even when she got it. My coffee wasn't even close to my order and didn't have time to turn around and get it corrected. Accidents happen, but this has been multiple times my orders have never been right. Donuts are good and fresh though!

Everytime we go (we have a family of 5), which is about 2 to 4 times a week the service is horrible. The workers are so cranky and rude. Not even because we are regulars, its always attitude. Very disappointing!

new management has made this a great environment... some of the workers have changed and it feels better from a customer standpoint... food drinks and service are great now.... quicker than starbucks which was my favorite before. knights way location! try it!
Blueberry munchies were a little too sweet for me but otherwise my favorite place

I didnt catch her name but the employee with the long hair that has pink in it. On July 4th, 2025 at 10 am. Yall promote that girl! Amazing service. Handling a super busy morning with a smile and kindness. Definitely someone you want climbing the ladder of your business.

I like that new white guy. I walked in there, told them that they missed up my order the previous day which isn't the biggest deal but Then he made sure it was right. This time that's the guy I won't make of my coffee at least I know it won't be messed up dunkin for the win

First time trying out Dunkin Donuts. The turkey egg sausage was gross. The hash browns were so oily I couldn't eat them. Only decent thing I got was my caramel signature latte'.
