First time at 5 guys in a long time. It was very filling and good. The fries are a huge serving, so we had plenty and then some to go around. Very pricey for 6 people. Wasn't expecting to hit almost $100 for 4 adults and 2 children.

Customer service was great. They always give you extra fries in the bag. Burgers were tasty, and all special requests were accurate when we got home. Only thing i can say is it's a burger joint. Just not sure if 6 burgers and 3 orders of fries should cost just north of $90.

We ordered a double with bacon no onions
Veggie burger with cheese and Cajun fries
No bacon on burger no Cajun seasoning on the fries that was cold and the veggie all the way cheese had no cheese no kind of dressing just dry bread with onions and mushroom green pepper
We took it back to have it redone and the attitude was as if we had done something wrong
They just gave us bacon for the double which was cold now and just added mayo and a piece of cheese and lettuce to the veggie and Cajun seasoning to the fries
Are they under new management ? I have never had such horrible service like this before we will no longer be having 5guys

70 bucks for 3 people??? Honestly a ripoff. Sorry I understand it's to support firefighters or started by some or whatever but I ain't trying to pay everyone's salaries... I've had a better bacon burger from Jacknthebox! For wayyyy cheaper!

How was it this bad I don’t understand. No seasoning on the patty, bruised tomato, dilapidated pickles, and a “shake” that was chocolate milk.
