Service is always friendly and they always check around the customers and ask if all is well. Never have had a problem. This time it was take out still excellent. Would recommend this place.

Every time I come here, my order is wrong. I wish the person taking the order would LISTEN to the order and put it in correctly. Manager took the order and STILL got it wrong.

The “lady” who took our order was so rude, I actually couldn’t believe that anyone could have such poor customer service skills. She needs to be fired, completely unacceptable and had a terrible attitude. Won’t be coming back

I had a 30-minute lunch break and decided to swing by Freddy’s since their drive-through was empty. I ordered a chili cheese dog meal, and the cashier asked if I wanted onions. I said yes, and chose a large Pepsi for my drink. When I got back to work and opened my container, it was just a chili dog—no cheese, no onions. ? But I was hungry and short on time, so I ate it anyway. Just disappointed that my order wasn’t correct.
