We placed an order online which happened to go through doordash. When we went to pickup our food the person at the window said sorry we are out of the fish. When I asked how to get a refund they said contact doordash. Anyway doordash had to contact the restaurant to verify my story when the GM gets on the phone says she was there and they had the product in stock. I don't know why we were told what we were told but they customer service GM is rude and dismissive.

0 stars! Received order off DoorDash and one of the drumsticks had a rancid, fishy smell and taste. Took one bite and almost puked. Threw the entire order away and if I get food poisoning, I’m suing!!

I just left from there and they are too rude. Sat in the drive thru for like 3 minutes before they greeted me. Then when she did greet us she was rude. We asked her to give aid a second and she sighed. Then we told her we was ready and just sat there until I just drove off. I come there occasionally and never had that experience this is the first time and she needs to do better.

The last 2 times I’ve come here I’ve been told that they have no chicken it’ll be a 25-30 minute wait. The first time it happened I waited 30 minutes and when I walked to the register to ask about my food, the fryer told the manager sorry I guess I didn’t see the order. So it hadn’t even been dropped, so I got my refund and left. How do you not have chicken ready at peak times.

I asked for the lucky 13 tenders for $19.99 then you can add 4 singles sides for $8.00. I asked and repeated it over the intercom. She charged us for each side. So we asked for a refund for the extra money that was charged and she stated they have to refund the whole thing so we’d have to repay. So we asked can we get something of equal value. Thankfully they did. So over all food was okay but I didn’t like the customer service. I’m big on great customer service. I didn’t give anyone a hard time just don’t like having to go through things like that just to grab a quick a dinner one night.

To the owner regarding this review & response_ nothing has been addressed...Staff will continue to be empowered to be incompetent and disrespectful......Golden chicken with a full side of disrespectful attitude. No one goes to this place to be disrespected and robbed by staff. Drive thru handed over an incomplete and incorrect order which was not discovered until it was unwrapped at home. Upon calling the store to inform, the recommendation from staff was to return the order. I was further instructed- due to my overwhelming ignorance- that I should never have tasted it. Not worth the stop, the risk, or the drive folks.

Worst food I've had in weeks, gravy was thick and old, mashed potatoes were thin and watery, okra was stale and cold and the chicken was cold too. The best part of this meal was knowing I will never have to eat it again

Not friendly, one of the girl kept looking at my girlfriend,no body speaks when you come in, one of the woman said damn these people keep coming here, thigh has no meat in it, I paid for a 3-piece with a leg and thigh and wing dirty rice and fries, I received two legs and a fried battered the bone was there . the price was for bad food, picture below, weird vibe on a couple of the employees, the one was starred at my girlfriend past the food out the smile was a half smile like she did something, when I open my foodit made sense, picture below I didn't get what I want watch the film listen to what she was momoland.. dry tender dry fund cake

Tenders were so small. They were the same size as my kids tenders in their kids meal. Roll was good. The coleslaw tasted like it had gone bad. Never going back
Customer service was not good. There was only 1 customer placing an order & a few people in the drive thur & the staff was chatting without a care. I had to leave as it was taking a long time to place my order. They just didn't want to work that day, I guess.

Food was terrible tenders small and skimpy fries old and skimpy as hell 11 dollars for 5 dollars worth of food basically a kids meal I was so disappointed I have never been disappointed with the food this was a first in 5 years of visiting this location. Called and no answer I'm not wasting my gas. Highly dissatisfied I should be refunded and new meal made I've worked fast food and this was just careless, yall know when the food is not fresh and when the pieces are not up to quality.

Spend 10 minutes waiting on someone to never answer the drive through 630 on friday sept 26.. Don't start going down hill now. Was The only good golden chick in the area. This is a wierd statement, But we drive from another town just to get golden chick sometimes. Stay positive yall we all have bad days!
