Every time we go to this location they forget at least one or two things. For how expensive it is you should receive excellent service and food. If there was another location nearby I would go there. The food is good but the service sucks.

The place was dirty. Customer service was very bad employees were busy on their phones and holding their own conversations. The food was dry like it was old. I won't go back.

We tried for the first time this restaurant and unfortunately the service is bad. Lack of manner and customer service. We had an order thru the drive through and when we check our order we were missing one. We turned around to get what we paid for and unfortunately the lady asked us to count our food because “she prepared it”. We will not go around to asked for our food if we had it. Her attitude and the attitude the other cashier had was unnecessary. Husband said thank you and she just turned around annoyed. Will not returned.

This location has gone down hill , I ordered a 4 chicken tenders spicy with a side of mac n cheese and potato’s , single serving . I waited at the second window for over 15 mins and still was missing my Mac n cheese and mashed potato! Had to drive back around to wait AGAIN for my sides . Would not recommend this place . You are a chicken place shouldn’t be this complicated

The chicken in Golden Chick is absolutely delicious end fresh every time that I stop for lunch, the place is always clean, clean bathroom, and the people is always nice when they take the orders no complaints at

I used to come here as a kid and it was one of the best places to eat in town. You’d see the owner from time to time and it seemed like he really cared about his business. Not sure what happened or how this place is still in business now. Everything was unseasoned and not fresh. The fries have lost their taste, color, and seasoning. One thing we really used to like was the mashed potatoes but they were bland with no seasoning as well. It’s really sad to see the corners that have been cut and the conditions it’s in today. Out of all the Golden chicks in the area this used to be the only good one, now it’s just like the rest. Save your money don’t eat here it’s disappointing.

They no longer have their stuff together. Orders are constantly messed up if you order a four-piece baked you will get three wings and a crusty breast that is so dry you cannot eat it this has been my experience the last three times I went. I will no longer be eating

First of all the girl with the blue wig at the window was rude as all outdoors. She was rushing us, didn't even greet us when we pulled up. Then they took almost 10 minutes to serve us and when we tried to get their attention they IGNORED US. Lol. Not mad but DISSAPOINTED.

I went and grabbed dinner for the family last night. Food was fresh, line moved quickly, and customer service was superb! The manager who wears the skirt was great and you can tell she is happy to help any of her team members.
