I haven't been too IHOP in years, but I have been craving eggs benedict and crepes, and thr last time I went to an IHOP years ago they had great eggs benedict, but my experience at the HH IHOP was the worst. Who ever the cook is needs to learn how to make eggs benedict and crepes. First, my eggs benedicts didnt have a nice round piece of Canadian bacon which is how the classic is made, but it had slices of what looked like ham lunchmeat, but the worst part was the sauce was so light and too runny and the egg was hard, not poached correctly. The crepe was sooooo soggy and just nasty looking. I know how to make crepes and this was no crepe, just a stab of mush. I ended up sending it all back and found a nice place down the street who had amazing eggs benedict.

Food was outstanding I got the smokehouse combo with the banana fosters pancakes and my mom got an omelet w/ cheesecake pancakes. My waitress was nice and polite. Only issue i had was there was a male waiter who haf his pants sagging very low and serving people. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

I had breakfast with my dad and not only was our service horrible. The Coffee Pot never got refilled. We asked our server to refill the coffee pot 2 times and he never did, he brought someone elses order to the table and blamed the cooks. After an hour we got our right food, ate and paid then left.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this IHOP was honestly frustrating. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I stood there waiting to be acknowledged, and not only did no one greet me, but they literally stared at me like I was invisible. I waited way too long just to be seated or even spoken to. Same goes for picking up an order—you’re left standing around awkwardly while the employees walk past or just ignore you completely. There’s no sense of urgency or basic customer service. Definitely not coming back unless things change.
Food was cold. The place only had a few customers. Waitress was pleasant. Will never go here again.

Took them forever to sit me down and to get me an actual server. There’s a bunch of employees here and maybe 7 or 8 active tables. The manager that’s on shift right now today at 1400 needs to do a better job. I’ve seen two families leave the establishment because you guys took way too long. I hope the owner will hold management accountable.

Poor , poor customer service. My order was wrong, they stated would correct and never did. Had to ask for condiments several times before receiving them. Spoke to manager and had tickets adjusted. Young people with no multitasking skills and no service skills. Food was mediocre.
