The food was what you expect from Jack. The place was clean and the woman behind the counter was very friendly. We got our order quickly and it was correct. A job well done.

The managers here - Jonathyn and Keisha are always professional and kind, DESPITE being swamped or dealing with rude and entitled customers. They pass this positivity and work ethic on to other employees so even when they’re not there I know the food will be good. I would recommend this place!! I eat there all the time!!

This place on 190 in Killeen next to CVS is trash. They always find a reason to say we closed for whatever. Every night dang near. Then when you get the food it's cold, and wrong. The management is horrendous to allow this place to operate like this.

If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!! Terrible customer service. The lady kept interrupting so that I could not order...they were playing around inside and you could hear it all on the speaker.. Then when I finally had enough, and said "okay cancel my order" all she said was "okay byyyeeee." Obviously The workers there do not like their job. low quality experience.

I was just there. After ordering I pulled to the front and told it would be brought out shortly. Upon moving to the front and sitting there for 15 minutes on 4 jr bacon cheeseburgers, only to get them and them not hot nor warm. Very disappointing in this location.

Bad communication. The woman taking my partner and I's order had an attitude from the start, we ordered some of their tacos and she only did 2 despite speaking loudly and clearly. Maybe she's having a bad day, and I do hope she feels better, but not acceptable.

Went through drive through on Sunday around 5 pm and nobody was infront of me. Placed an order but had to wait little bit more than I expected, given that there was no one infront of us. Other than that food was good and person who took order and serve was courteous as well.
