The lady at the window had a great attitude and was very kind and on top of her game. This was a lot better than the last time I went to this location. I haven't been to this KFC for a long time. The staff did had to have changed. Give your window lady a raise and have her be a trainer for customer service.

If I can give a negative star I would! I went through the drive-through yesterday 4/5/2025, and ordered an eight piece family meal and it was the worst, driest chicken I have ever had from this place! The sad part is I can’t get my money back and I’m not even going to try because it would be a waste of time. Absolutely horrible! I used to love coming to this place, but it has changed so much and the service was just horrendous! There needs to be some serious changes going on here because this was highly unacceptable especially when I’m spending the money that I am for my family to eat Dry chicken!

They won't pay attention or they don't read what was ordered so they give you stuff the are use to. I asked for macaroni they gave me mash potatoes & gravy asked for sprite received a coca-cola

This KFC is consistently very slow. I don't know if they've ever met what the order time says online. The wait is almost always at least 15 minutes after the estimate. Maybe management needs to better staff or better train

It has been more than a decade since I have been to a KFC. This one is awesome. It was a really cold day. Under 20 degrees. Very windy and they were really busy but they were jamming food out. They did a great job of staying composed and just getting orders done. For me, I was with my son. One of the employees was incrediblely nice and showed a lot of patience when dealing with my son. He likes to talk and sometimes it's hard to understand him. I think she said her name was "Z" She was very helpful and sweet. I haven't been to other KFCs but I can't imagine the other ones having better employees than this one.

The store was very clean and the food was delicious. Chicken wasn't greasy or soggy.

Used the quick order pick up feature.. everything is super easy and simple. Only complaint is I can't pick up my food through the drive-thru.. 😉

I had a terrible experience at this KFC location. The cashier, Simeon, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a small mashed potatoes with gravy and a large fry, but he only gave me the mashed potatoes. When I tried to clarify my order, he was dismissive and acted like it was my fault. The lack of customer service was disappointing, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. If management sees this, I suggest retraining staff on basic courtesy and accuracy.

Woman taking order was rude, ordered one meal and was told to pull up. You’d think that meant they were making fresh food but no the food was hard and tasted like it’s been sitting not to mention the biscuit was missing. Pretty sure I was over charged but can’t tell bc conveniently I never got a receipt either

This place is NOT PREPARED for lunch time. They have you pull to the parking lot and wait over 10 mins for an order. Society nowadays in the fast food industry is incompetent.

This is the second time I've visited this fast food restaurant and I've encountered poor customer service. When I ordered my food at the drive thru, the employee didn't ask me what kind of meat I preferred. When I got to the window, I let her know that I preferred white meat instead of dark. To which she replied that I had to tell her when I ordered. To which I replied that they usually ask when ordering what kind of meat the customer prefers and you didn't even ask, I forgot at that moment. To which she replied that it was my fault for not asking but the order can't be changed and the order hadn't even been paid for. She ask me to pull over to park and they would be bringing the food to my car. A 15 minute wait is totally ridiculous. If they don't have the food to serve the customer, it's the employee's responsibility to let the customer know at the window that there is a wait time and let the customer decide if they want to wait or not before ordering. When I receive my food, I check my order and it is delivered incorrectly. I will not patronize this fast food again and would not recommend it to anyone. The cashier was rude, and no helpful the all.

Told the lady twice and she looked at my receipt twice and still couldn't get the order right. When they found it, I got home and they were missing 6 tenders. They didn't know which order belonged to who. It was kinda hectic. Probably won't go back.

The service tonight was terrible. Very CHAOTIC INSIDE THE RESTAURANT AND OUTSIDE IN THE PARKING LOT.Unacceptable that I waited 45 minutes for a 3 piece combo white- 2 breast and a wing and an extra piece of chicken and then they forgot my cole slaw... but when I arrived home its a 3 pcs dark meat .. no breast nor wing.....I arrived at 6:26p and didn't receive my order till 7:10A ...Samantha took my order and told me it would be 15 or 20 minutes because they had alot of orders ahead of me. Then she told me to just park in the parking lot and they would bring my order out. The place and parking was very chaotic because there was no destinated way of telling what order belonged to what car...and they were going asking what did you order. Can't get good customer service any more. I prefer to give no stars but no options.
