I have come to this location a few times after work. Whether I get here before 5 or after 5, the service is always slow. Do they not stock up ahead of time in preparation for dinner when people get off work? The times I do come around 5, I have a 20-30 minute wait. Never again.

I had a situation with the promotion for an online deal and I was just trying to get my food with the utmost respect and admiration for the restaurant and the manager of the restaurant finally got the problem resolved. After the phone call to correct my order was just a waste to me. I appreciate you and your wonderful staff for your choice to do that.

My daughter came in for a interview waited for a hour and the manager just dismissed her and another gentleman who was waiting as well and when he asked if she would like him to reschedule she gave him attitude for bothering her . As the minutes ticked by she was seen walking around avoiding the 2 waiting for interviews and the restaurant wasn't full nor was there more than 2 cars in the drive thru so glad I didn't order food because if this is how you treat people I would rather take my business elsewhere. Avoid here at all cost !

This KFC need change from Fast Food restaurant to Slow Food restaurant. Always have issues of delay with the food no matter a time of the day. Look like the manager dont have clue to estimate how much chicken need have ready. Probably need di tge same like Church Chickeen that was need this location, close operation or improve. I hope the owner read this andfix the issues.
Do not I repeat do not go to this store location there is a manager lady and another older lady that looks just like her who do not wear gloves when preparing the food . All young kids standing around talking . The manager twice has rubbed me the wrong way and she has her son working up there who is extremely rude to my husband and I one morning around 11am he is very disrespectful. She never has a hair net on her head hair is always just dangling.my husband and I came a second time which was at night and watched the manager lady and another lady who is older and looks just like her go to the kfc dumpsters and smoke some stuff that smelled horrible. We immediately left I didn’t want any food after that .. seems to be a drug addict running the place .

If im paying for my food I like to eat it how I want. When I'm refused honey for my meal cuz I want more than 1 for my biscuits. 3 hot sauces for 6 chicken fingers. I will not be ordering from here again. If I could of canceled my door dash I would of. Stingy ass manager like she pays for it. I've never been told I can't have extra honey or hot sauce
