I ordered an Alice in the Wonderland theme cake, it came out beautifully and taste amazing got vanilla with strawberry filling!!! Exceptional Cake!!! Will definitely be ordering for all our parties from now on!!!

I ordered my daughter’s cupcakes a few weeks ago. Needless to say I was so disappointed and disgusted with the order. The communication was horrible. I’ve been coming here for the past 9 years and this was my worst experience. The cupcakes tasted like pure sugar and cleaning supplies. The only thing I will say is that they worked hard to not have red die, but that was it. The second time I entered to pay my deposit, there was a disrespectful lady which I was very irritated by her attitude and I knew from that point on I would never go back to them again. I use to love this bakery and always recommended friends and family to them. Thank you, but no thanks.

I used to love this place and would order their German cupcakes all the time. I went in yesterday and ordered some cupcakes. When I took abite it taste like fabuloso cleaning product. I called them to tell them that their cupcake tasted like fabuloso. The worker on staff told me they use fabuloso to clean their floors. They told me there's no way that fabuloso could have got on the cupcake and basically talked to me as if I was lying. I know what I tasted and the fact that they admitted to using fabuloso lets me know that somehow it got on my cupcake. The lady told me she wasn't sorry cuz they didn't do anything wrong, and told me I didn't taste cleaning products on my cup cake. She told me we're in Texas and everybody uses fabulous, so there's no connection between me tasting fabuloso and them using fabulous on their floor. I understand mistakes can happen and there is a possibility that somehow the product ended up in or on the cupcake. All I was asking is that I can speak to the owner or manager so they can check the cameras to see how the cleaning product ended up in or on the cupcake. As a customer I have a right to know if I was exposed to chemicals. But they couldn't do that instead they tried to gaslight me and talk to me like I was lying. She told me they don't need to check the cameras because the owner is the one that makes the cupcakes herself. It's unfortunate because I really liked that place and even though they made a mistake i probably would have continued to go there if they would have handled things differently. For one I would have apologized to the customer. I wouldn't hide the manager from the customer and talk to the customer as if she was a liar. I would double check the cameras to to find out how the cross contamination happened and to make sure I don't have a crazy employee secretly poisoning my customers. Because you never know, stuff like that does happen.

Lily’s Cake used to be so good. We got our wedding cake from there. It was that one good treat after a long week. After a couple of months of not getting it, we finally stopped by today. Worst $22.50 that I’ve spent on cupcakes. Got 5 different flavors and they were all disappointing. The cupcakes were also dry. I have to say bye to the place that used to be highly recommended by me and my family to others.

Was looking for a last minute cake for my moms bday and we were in the Harker Heights area. This place came up as a bakery. We stopped by and thank God they still had one cake left for the day. We took it. It was a Strawberry shortcake flavored one. We also took a look at the cupcakes they had on display, we are planning on coming back to get some to try all the flavors they have (which is many). The cupcake prices are like $3.75 or $3.95 ea I don't remember exactly. And the cake we bought was $45. Fair price for a simple looking cake. The flavor though was definitely on point. Had a strawberry mousse between the 2 layers of the cake which was super delicious. The only thing I didn't like much was that the bread part of the cake itself was a tad dry. But overall it was pretty good. We walked in there was a customer in front of us being helped by the lady behind the displays. Then I believe the owner was there as well but did not acknowledge us at all and continued to fix her hair and make up, believe maybe she was about to film something not sure. Once it was our turn, the lady behind the display was super super nice and helpful. The place was quiet, no music or anything going on in the background. It was clean, will be coming back to try those cupcakes!

Stopped in a got a German Chocolate cupcake and holy cow it was AMAZING! The perfect sweetness and the chocolate cake I have been craving but couldn't find anywhere and definitely can't make myself. The cake was moist and chocolatey without being over the top and the coconut icing was perfection. Will definitely drop in again as soon as possible!
