Marco's Pizza

I ordered our dinner at 1:00 pm this afternoon for a pickup at 4:30 pm. My husband got there around 4:20 and wasn’t told until twenty minutes later that our order wasn’t ready because of “computer issues”. At 5:00, he was told our order was in the oven and by that time, there were a dozen other people waiting for their orders. My husband left at 5:45 because our order still wasn’t ready. He had them cancel the order and refund us and several others did the same thing. We’ve ordered from this location a few times because of the convenience, but never again. I wish I could give a ZERO. The lady who told him several times that our order was in the oven flat out lied.

I have ordered from this Marco's about 8 times. Every order has been delivered hot, fresh, and quickly. So far I have had a great experience here.

Ordered a pizza 2 hrs ago. I called the store 3 times well after the delivery time and the woman lied to me and said it's out for delivery. Lol.for almost 3 hrs now? This buisness stole almost 40 dollars from me. I should call the police...do not buy food here

Good experience

This place is disgusting , they don’t wear hair nets, wear gloves . There sweating over the food , hands are touching everything. I will never eat here again

I ordered the Pepperoni Magnifico pizza and was disappointed. The crust was pretty dry, there was barely any garlic on the crust and the Parmesan was sparse on the crust. They were completely out of packaged Parmesan so my experience that day was not the best. I needed up eating 2 slices of pizza and didn’t finish the rest because it just didn’t taste like the pizza I usually get. My other concern is there was one guy making pizza and answering phones and I saw no gloves being used at all. I eat pizza from Dominos and Heights Pizzeria and I always working constantly changing gloves when preparing pizza. Maybe this place should use the same practices. That’s completely unsanitary and should be addressed immediately.

Pizza is good. Service can be slow at times.

My pizza was ready when I arrived. Hot and fresh and the staff was lovely. We don’t get pizza often but when we do it’s from here. Great flavor and generous portions.

Parking: A few spots in front a many more in the center.

Wheelchair accessibility: No rise to get into store and plenty of room to maneuver
