I ordered online for curbside delivery. Checked in when I arrived. A vehicle showed up about 5 minutes after i did. They got their food first. When we got outta i didn't check it. Got home and found out they gave me the wrong order. Not going to this location again.

ordered my food and said PLAIN and DRY which means no ketchup no mustard no onions or pickles and they tried to hide the onions mustard an everything inbetween the 2 burger patties thank god the person i ordered the burger for isnt allergic.

Apparently the purchasing person is new or non existent. They gladly took our order, accepted our money. Than when the order was ready proceeded to inform us they were out of ketchup, buffalo sauce, fountain drinks and apparently napkins.
And these fast food people think they are entitled to $15.00 per hour. How bout start by getting the process right of having appropriate condiments and drinks as advertised on your menu.

Ordered on the app, went to pick up and they said it would be an hour wait. The app said it was ready & went away as if I had picked it up. We went inside to see what happened & get a refund and they completely ignored us.
Out $25 with no option to request refund or report them on the app.

Burgers horrible ,they look like someone sat on it or stepped on it , I threw away 4 burgers had to wait another 10 min to get fresh ones went home home looked the same ,the waiting time was not good either took them a while to take orders .

They might have literal sloths working here. Making this as I’m still sitting in the drive thru 10 MINUTES after ordering food. If you have ANYWHERE to be within 48 hours, avoid this location

Today they were out of all breakfast foods.. I feel bad for the employees like what can you do if management is incapable of simple task such as ordering product. 5 year olds order from Amazon surely a manager can forecast orders for the month to the point where they won't sell out by 9am , surely this is a task a middle aged person can accomplish

I stopped at this location about an hour ago on my way home to Killeen after a long 12 hour shift in Temple to get my BFF a plain burger and was surprised to see that the McRib is back...so of course I had to get one and it was perfect. Not slapped together with sauce all over, no absolutely perfect plus super fast and friendly customer service. Thank you so much, you made my day.
