I am disappointed at how inconsistent this mcdonalds is. I'm frequently told to go park in a spot for then to run me my food, but every time there's been something missing...so I have to park and get out and go inside to fix it. They don't put napkins in the bag anymore either, I don't understand what dropped the quality here in just the last year

Fix the app for this location. It's 1040 and it says breakfast is available until 1029, but then lunch isn't available until 11, so I can't order ANYTHING! I want to use my app for deals but apparently for 30 minutes every day between 1030-11 it doesn't work here... Don't come between those hours if you want to use the app.

Prepare to wait 45 min or longer in the drive thru most nights. People were pulling away and leaving the line before paying due to how long it was taking. Once we paid the employee whipped out his phone and just started texting infront of us at the window. Not sure if that's what kept the line held up or not, but it definitely didn't help the frustration. Food was cold and soggy. I don't know, just haven't really had a good experience at this particular location.

I get breakfast and it's always made correctly and it's fresh and hot.
Order was wrong even after I pulled to the first window asking and correcting my order. I see on the receipt after paying it’s still wrong. So I further elaborate at the 2nd window. They park me in reserve spot. After waiting for a single order they bring my food & it’s STILL wrong. Okay whatever but the audacity to not give napkins. I have to draw the light now.

How the hell do you forget bacon on a freaking bacon quarter pounder it literally says bacon in it's name. Ya'll forget way too much.You can't even give me my full damn refund, I can't. Oh, this is ridiculous you guys are the worst fast food place in heights. Wasting my time in money I will never be coming here again.
