Nothing Bundt Cakes

I ordered a cake from yalls website for my 14 year cancerversary today.

Unknown to me Door Dash delivered the cake. They did not ring the door bell or knock on the door, and they put the cake on the ground in the grass.

I called Nothing Bunt Cakes and they were mortified. I spoke to the manager and she is reporting the dasher as well as giving me a full refund for my trouble. This location has earned mine and my families buisness foe as long as they are open I only wish my memory was better so I could recall their names 🩶

So I ordered 3 Vanilla Bundtlets and they smelled like lemon and I tasted them and they were lemon, I’m not sure if it was a baking issue or what but I don’t like lemon so I didn’t eat them. I’m not sure if this happens often or what but I couldn’t eat them.

I am a longtime customer that has bought from harker heights weekly if not by weekly. But probly not anymore. This started when we took out the punch cards and you did a cooler deal buy 4 get 1 free which was great. Then I find out that corporate cancelled that and wants you to upload receipts now. I will not do that. Corporate company's rely to much on computer input. As a consumer that was simple and easy. If the cooler deal wasn't going to stay then why activate the promotion?? Makes no sense. The cakes are really good but I don't think I will be buying anything else from this company.

Very disappointed. We had purchased the bag that you uy 4 cakes get 1 free. Nowhere ever were we told or it advertised as a temporary thing or we would have never purchased the bag. We bought cakes once a wk or bi wkly because of this bag. You also took away the punch card and now it's upload the receipts which does not work for everyone. We will find another cake place due to these reasons. You could have notified guests that you would discontinue the bag. Not happy.

I recently ordered two bundtlets (Key Lime and Snickerdoodle). They were good, not anything special. For me flavor could have been better, but other than that they were ok. Maybe I’ll try a different flavor next time. The staff were very friendly and professional. I was greeted when I walked in, so I appreciated that. The price is reasonable for the size of the cake. They also have online ordering, which is very convenient.

Every time I visit Nothing Bundt Cakes Store my experience is ALWAYS good. The cakes are still on point. I stiller my birthday Bundt cake every year. The cakes are still so so delicious. The only thing I can say about the location in Harker Heights Texas is Keep up the good work and making those delicious desserts❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I usually love these cakes. My 15 yr old always loves the red velvet. I bought one this week and the cake is just sitting on the table. So, I tasted it, and it doesn't taste the same for some reason. I was wondering why it wasn't gone by the 2nd day, because my 15 yr old never let these cake just sit on the table like that. Very disappointed.
